I normally pick up breakfast for my mom and I from the Winchester location in Memphis. This particular day I decided to order ahead using the mobile app. When I arrived the lady at on the drive thru speaker was terrible. She seemed to have a attitude and not really helpful. I told her my order and when I received it it was a total mess. The egg bites where just thrown in the bag as well as the chicken wrap and the food tasted so old. On top of that I was charged 0.80 cents for a small water. I saw one lady bring her food back to the walk up window. This was the worst experience from Dunkin' Donuts that I had ever received. My experience is hit or miss everytime at Dunkin. The employees this afternoon were both extremely rude. I understand working in food is stressful and sometimes the days are just terrible, I also work in food. But it’s EVERYTIME I go, specific employees are just hateful. There’s a few employees who I loveee seeing, but the ones today didn’t even treat us with ANY decency or kindness. Rude period. Walked up to the window to order. No signs anywhere stating they don't take orders at the window. I apologized to the snarky young women when she wiped open the window, not even acknowledging me but an eye roll, to quickly ask a Co worker if they were taking window orders. The co worker said yes because I was there. She took my order of a large hot matcha latte and an americano. I recieved my Matcha less than full about an inch from the top. I felt that it was light opened the lid and told the women behind the counter it wasn't full. She then tells me they can't fill it to the top or it will over flow. Not true from other coffee shops nationally. I left irritated with not only service but unacceptable value.

Got there when they opened at 0500 to pick up doughnuts for my office and security team. Also got a coffee and hashbrown for myself. The service was wonderful. The ladies were very pleasant and professional when dealing with my large take out order from the walk up window. Ordered a chai latte for someone who is lactose intolerant, so i specified that i wanted oat milk. She has now been in and out of the bathroom for multiple hours now because whoever took our order didnt listen, and her drink contained normal milk. I come to this Dunkin 3 or 4 times a week and today was the WORST experience ever. Whoever that girl was on the headset was rude when it came to taking my order. I was the ONLY car in the drive thru and my drink was thrown together and was not mixed up (got a matcha latte) and it was barely filled. I asked for a refund because I work in fast food and would never treat a nice customer in that manner. The manager didn’t even ask me what was wrong with my drink nor did she try to rectify the issue, she just gave me the refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime I go to dunking I get a bacon egg and cheese croissant. For some reason everytime I go to this location they NEVER have croissants. It’s very disappointing because this is a convenient location for me but what good is it if I can’t ever order what I want? Service Take out Food: 1

I do the drive thru quite often thru the week. Morning crew is so nice, they get your day off to a nice start and put a smile on your face. I love the blackboard outside with the daily quote. And their coffee and donuts are so good much better than Starbucks and cheaper. Keep up the good work y'all. 2023. Older lady working there should be a prison guard. Grouchy, unfriendly. I have left a tip several times with her. She never even says thank you. I won't be giving tips any longer. I guess y'all must be hard up for workers to hire this piece if work. I ordered a large hot caramel macchiato and received a medium but I was charged for the large. The young person over the speaker does not greet you or say you’re welcome if you say thank you.
