Very slow location, took over than 10 minutes to make my order, which was one coffee and a couple wraps. The place was empty when I arrived and had 3 employees working, not sure how that's possible when other locations can be swamped with less people working and I get my order in half the time. Terrible Location .. Took My Money For Food They Didn’t Have Then Refused To Give Me A Refund .. One Of The Other Customers Literally Had To Give Me A 20 To Get Me Away From The Register Because I Refused To Leave Till I Was Refunded .. I ordered online. I came to take my order and wanted to enter the restroom. I waited 25 minutes. 3 people entered a one-person restroom and they are using drugs inside. I just waited and when they came out it smelled awful. It's a very bad situation. I am no longer a 'dunkin donuts' customer.
