Not sure when management/ownership changed but service & quality have gone way down! I placed an order, stuck my straw in & took a sip. Noticed it was made incorrectly so took it back to remake & while they were making me a new correct order (which I was charged extra for), I saw the worker add more whipped cream to my first order THAT I HAD TOOK A SIP FROM & GIVE IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER from drive through waiting in the car for their order. I yelled out- hey don’t do that! But the lady already drove off & the worker started giggling like it was funny!!! They are disgusting & dirty. Worth traveling to a different location. If you dare to go here— don’t go through drive through, actually WATCH them make your order. Department of health need to visit this place!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
