Absolutely horrendous. Walked in there to get one order of bagel minis sat there for 25 minutes. In the meantime, every single car that went to the drive-through had to stop come back in to either get the correct order because they were given someone else’s order or their order was missing things I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The server was amazing. She was by herself serving both drive-through and counter. Dunkin' Midnight coffee is excellent. Our order was accurate, coffee was hot, and doughnuts fresh. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Placed a 22 dollar online order Drove 15 minutes for them to tell me at the window the ovens were down and my 18 dollars of food could not be cooked or refunded. The best they could do, was put a sticker on the wall with my name on it. Will never go to Dunkin’ Donuts again ever. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

I was in drive thru ordered just a bagel, no one behind me. Pulled up to pay and it toook ten minutes to get . I looked back behind me and saw three cars. The workers were making there orders while line is sitting on counter just to catch up.The bagel I ordered with butter , they squeeze butter from a container like liquid on it instead of it whipped. The bagel dripped everywhere, very disappointed!

I tried a few times. It's the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been too. Incorrect orders, over priced. They always pour a coffee before the brew is finished so you either get mud or hot water. Dry rubbery eggs. Long wait. Always put sausage on even when you repeatedly say egg and cheese only. Another $10 in the trash. It just sucks here.

I have a gift card, so I came during COVID - closed without notification. I came back in November 2022, an hour and a half before closing. No donuts shown. I waited for 5 minutes to ask if they had any, but the two people were too busy making one iced coffee for a drive-thru customer. I left without buying anything. Again.

The Dunkin on Shawnee and Lockport Rd has rude and disrespectful management and staff. I took my small children in there and the staff was yelling at the customers before me, then when they left bad mouthed them the entire time we were standing there. Then when a staff member came up to take our order she spoke so quietly I couldn't hear her. (I was thinking I know you can talk louder you were just yelling.) Management was yelling as well and didn't correct anyone as to how rude they were being to customers. Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

I have ordered coffee at this location it tasted like cream and sugar not any taste of coffee at all. So I was hungry and figured I would try their breakfast for the first time. Decided to go inside to order stood there for ten mins. One of the workers came out to get donuts for drive-thru and didn't say a word. So I hopped in my car and went thru drive-thru ordered my food my hash browns were burnt with some burnt stuff in the bottom of the slip they came in and the bagel tastes like rubber. Not a good experience at all will never go to dunkin again

Donuts were old. You shouldnt get day old donuts at 9am in the morning. Coffee was good, but the dinuts ruined the situation. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
