Went in there to grab a quick coffee, and waited about 10 minutes while the lady in front of me was getting donuts. She kept switching back and forth about what donuts she as going to get, and the employee gave her them in a box, then she came back and wanted to switch some out. They had two registers, and the customer had already paid. At least get the employee who wasn’t doing anything to quickly take an order from other people waiting. Finally got to order my coffee that took the employee 30 seconds to make, and the flavor wasn’t mixed in at all, so I couldn’t drink it all because of the flavor piled at the bottom. Did the mobile order 10+ minutes ahead of time got there and it still wasn’t ready. On the app it let me order a sesame seed bagel turns out when I got there they didn’t have any also ordered the bacon bites which were so burnt I wouldn’t even feed them to a cow Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i know there is a shortage of workers but i got a dozen donuts and the woman who took my order just filled the box as i asked for one of everything and handed me the box. there was no customer care if life is that bad there is plenty of other jobs in this wild world no need to pass on a bad attitude to the rest of the world especially when the person is polite and respectful !

They never listen..sad I had to stop at a different dunks to remake my coffee..ask for liquid sugar and they put granulated sugar in it.. doesn't mix well with ice coffee. It even said liquid sugar on the screen when I made my order. Ppl don't pay attention!!!!! Service: 1

Customer Service has gone down quite a bit in the last year. I'll pull up in the morning with the drive thru wrapped and out into the road and there is 3 employees outside smoking, including a manager. During rush at any restaurant its quick and single smoke breaks... If any at all. Normally you wait untie rush is over.

Slow,, at 10:30 far past the morning rush,, there is often still a 10 minute wait to get through the drive thru sometimes..
