Clearfield Dunkin' Donuts is a well-run establishment, particularly from Monday through Thursday when the owners are not present. During these days, the staff ensures efficient service and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I would recommend avoiding the times when the owners are present, as it seems to impact the overall experience negatively.

Extremely disappointed. I stopped yesterday and ordered 2 dozen donuts for my class. When I opened the boxes to hand them out to my students, there were only 17 donuts and not the flavors I ordered. Now some of my students won’t have a donut for our Valentine’s Day party. Wow!

Really great Dunkin Donuts. I really love their donut display at this location vs the traditional look. They have the traditional glass case style but a little more modernized. We decided to try the Maple Glaze Donut with an Iced Carmel Craze Latte. :) Tastes just like vacation.

Very nice, convenient & clean store. I had an easy, quick trip. I was in and out with my order which was prepared precisely, two thumbs up! I've been a loyal to this location and I've never had an issue. Very impressed! Great staff, very friendly, and welcoming! My order was perfect! It's a smaller store, but there's room there also. You can dine in, drive -thru, mobile order or carry out. Handicapped ♿️ accessible. It sits right with a restaurant, nail salon 💅 and an ice cream shop. 🍦 there's tables, chairs and a lounge area, a couch, and free wifi.

Normally I wouldn’t be giving them a good review because the last few times I have gone they haven’t made my drink right and the other day was told they don’t have a frozen mocha coffee yet today when I went (by the way it’s definitely a drink they have you can order it on the app or from the menu but was told they didn’t have one) I ordered it and they made it right and it was delicious!!!! Not sure why the Indian guy would tell me they don’t have that drink when it’s on the app and the menu however whenever I order it through the app they always have it most of the time the mocha swirl isn’t in the bottom of the cup like it’s suppose to be and when you say something they tell you it’s blended in but that’s not how it’s suppose to be made and I know because of the picture and from working at a Dunkin’ Donuts but they atleast today around noon had the best team working ever because I had no issues at all so big big thanks to whoever was working at Dunkin today at 12:40pm you guys rock thank you for finally making my drink right and giving me a good experience so rhey stars are for this team that was working today you guys rock thank you!!!!

I stopped at this Dunkin' to gain an hour of wifi for a Zoom class while traveling. I was very pleased with the employees' courtesy and engagement. They answered my questions, offered to customize my order, made me laugh, and treated all customers with kindness. The avocado toast and snackable bacon were delicious!

Coffee is never the issue. But today and when we stopped Friday, the service was not great. The poor kids today, 2 experience experienced and one training, and they were a little overwhelmed. But they still missed my drink order out of the 3 we had. I watched as 2 in house. And 2 drive thru orders went out before I got mine. The coffee was great though. Just need more help. Friday we went through drive thru and we weren't asked if we wanted anything else for our order, or even if we want whipped cream or anything. Just a little annoying.
Always seems to forget orders whether it’s drive through or inside.They do not know how to manage properly. Did not give the right donuts i had ordered on the app.
