My experience today was outstanding! The young lady in the hijab had amazing customer service, made my drink quickly /accurately and is a model employee for how she treats customers. I think her name is Veronica. Thank you so much for making my experience wonderful today! I drive for the Metro and go to Dunkin' Donuts everyday for my green tea, and the bathroom here was nice and clean.

This is one of the places where they have poor service. The lady, with the name tag Rupinder, does not know how to serve customers. She raises her voice, she is hot tempered, and continues to speak in Indian when I try speak to her. She knows a limited amount of English words and shows no courteousy when a customer speaks to her. The other girl by the name, Aribah, was kind and respectful though. It's just that Rupinder came from behind and started giving out orders and acting bossy, just for doing her job of serving where they say buy one get one free. I regret coming on a day when it was her shift.

Worst experience visiting this place , I left by accident a brand new iPhone here and literally they stole it to me . A relative to an employee of this place admitted they had found it and returned to the manger but they did not give it back! Then, when I knocked the door of the last seen location with the police they changed the history!

Really friendly staff. I visit this location sometimes on the weekends. Food and beverages come out rather quickly. My Dunkin' Donuts rewards always work. There is plenty of parking in this lot.
This is my favorite DD in the area. They always get my order right and if there are ever any problems, they are happy to fix whatever it is. I come here at least a couple times a week and always have a positive experience.

This is another location Of Dunkin Donuts I Like that is within The Colesville Shopping Center In Silver Spring , Maryland Off of New Hampshire Avenue . This place has Huge Parking area for customers to come near the Dunkin Donuts . As You walk In You come to the Customer Service Counter but sometimes You have to wait in Line to have your orders taken .It has a somewhat good sized Lobby areas to eat and drink at . It has drinks from Coffees to Iced Coffees , to sodas In a small refrigerator and orange Juices too . It had doughnuts of all selections that are Your favorites and They have Breakfast sandwiches and so much more . They have a Good Crew and Management . They have a family atmosphere too . But I signed on for cahier there and I Hope they will choose me one day to work with them as a Cashier . Its One of My strengths I Love doing and Interacting with customers ; Make Them Feel Welcomed , At Home , And Make them feel Like family there By Integrating them into the history and Traditions of the store to make them keep coming back . Plus If You all are Long time patrons Please come and support this place , I Understand That The Covid Pandemic Dida Number on all of us and made us all do things we aren't proud of and I know we can be better again . We need to be One big family of Americans as Long time patrons once again . So Please come in and Give Your Biggest support you can to This Dunkin Donuts . I Know they will Greatly Appreciate It . I am so grateful for the Dunkin’ staff member who helped us this evening around 7:30. It was bitterly cold outside, and she was the only one on duty. With friendly warmth and time-efficiency, she greeted us and got our 7-item order.
Then, my child decided to re-organize the varied items in our bag even though that wasn’t needed, and he accidentally knocked my cup of coffee over. The staff member helped us, was very reassuring to my son and me, and although it was our responsibility to clean up, sent us on our way with friendliness and a replaced coffee. My son, who usually does not comment on service, remarked in the car “that lady is so nice.” I couldn’t agree more. We share our gratitude to her and for a lovely experience at Dunkin’.

Since a lot of people like to write reviews whe n they have something to complain about, I figure to write positive experience to balance things out. Everyone knows the food at dunkin donuts, so this is about the service. I came on sunday at 11am peak hour. The line was out to the door and place was packed (albeit with post pandemic distancing norms). They got to me extremely fast and my order was ready within minutes. By the time i walked out most of the customers were gone. Very efficient and fast thanks !
