1 girl working when I went in. There was a long line when I went in. I watched at she paced around and not once changed her gloves. She didn’t even use those paper sheets to grab the food! She used her same gloved hands after touching money and all over the computer screen. So she touched the register, handled money, and touched all the equipment and then touched people’s food while not once using proper sanitation. It was nasty. The manager needs to review the tape on 3-3-24 around 10:00am. Take a good look at what’s going on. I will never go this location ever again. The staff member was great! So friendly and kind. My only gripe was, DD corporation, stopped coconut milk so for the strawberry refresher, I get Almond milk due to a milk sensitivity. Why is this the worst dunks I have ever been to? It’s on my way so I tried multiple times. Either the order is wrong (mobile ordering mind you), or the bagel is stale, or they are out of muffins, or or or. Never had a good experience.

Im from Rhode Island & was working in Burlington for the weekend. I stopped here for my morning coffee & sandwich, and was beyond pleased with every single aspect of this Dunkin location!!! Each person working was very friendly & attentive. It was by far the cleanest Dunkin I've seen as well. Came in to get donuts and drinks. They didn't have full selection, got it, it's after breakfast rush. Immediately staff is like giving excuses saying they had orders to fill, and it's going to be a bit for croissant with butter. Then left us standing around waiting. And staff was like, we thought she didn't want it. Really?? They just pulled it off the shelf and stuffed it in a bag. Customer service is lacking here. We were polite and courteous. This place turned me off. I wanted to walk out. DD you can do better than this! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Avoid this place like the plague. Waited in line patiently for 10 minute, I noted there were only two workers. I was totally fine waiting as long as need, I can sympathize with that. When I finally got to the counter and asked for coffee and a bagel I was told by the woman she didn’t have time to make food. Which, I can understand being short staffed, but I feel like this should’ve been told to me and the other customers who walked out after waiting 10/15 minutes in line. Waste of time and frustration.

Don’t bother at this location unless you want to wait 10 minutes while the cashier is having a conversation with another customer. I left and went to another location

Well, sadly I loved coming to this dunkins but today was the last day! The kid that was at the register was clearly new, which obviously isn't the problem but not getting any help by the other workers was the problem. He clearly was looking for it but he seemed to scared to asked for it. My coffee also had a piece of hair in it and I know for a fact that it wasn't mine because once I got the coffee I quickly took a sip to see how gross it was and yeah I guess you can say it was gross 🙃 At first I felt bad for leaving this review, but after reading the other reviews I don't feel as bad.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been into. Girl at the front talked to locals. We waited in line and I asked for a croissant with butter, and a hot tea. I was told it was going to be a bit, because the other girl had gotten some to go orders, but she couldn't tell me how long. The rest of my family ordered and I paid. After everyone left my husband and I are standing there. I had gotten my tea, but not the croissant. Turns out she assumed I didn't want it. She obviously wasn't listening, because we were short a donut as well. Do not recommend. Even though we're not from here, we're in the area enough. Will not return. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10
