This dunkies needs more tables indoors for customers to sit down with a cup of coffee. Do they really need all that space for Baskin Robbins ice cream? Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

This is my third time to Baskin-Robbins, poor administration and service. Customers are trying to show how to scoop the ice cream and do a hot fudge on it. Everything falls on floor. It is basic for attendants to know English especially. They always say the milkshake machine is broken. In a span of 1year 6 months i came to Baskin-Robbins 3 times just to get a milkshake and every time I come here they say the machine is broke and they’re trying to close it by 6:30pm, upon asking why, they say that they need to go by 7:00 Pm. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My kids love the donut balls. In summer the iced drinks are delicious.The upside is the attached Baskin Robbins.

Always quick and friendly service. And as an added bonus they have a Baskin-Robbins. The coffee drinks are good but don't overlook that ice cream! Just bear in mind that this Dunkin does not have a drive-thru. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The only good thing about this place the parking. Service is awfully slow and chaotic between Dunkin customers and the Baskin Robbin customers. I would stay away if possible. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

A favorite DD of mine. I passed three other DDs to get to this one. Enjoy getting my coffee and pastry then sitting in parking lot to watch folks enjoying the bike trail. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Recommended dishes Apple Fritter

First, there are two Dunkins on Woburn st. Lexington. MA We are reviewing the location near the Minuteman Rail Trail on Monday afternoon (11/19) visit. Second, we don't usually order Dunkin food. Its frozen and microwaved and feels overpriced for the quality. What should have been a 5 minute visit turned into 15+ minutes of disappointment. Thought we'd try the new pancake sandwich. Received a cold rubberry egg on rye bread (didn't find out until we were on our way!) Not that busy, but the line and service were wicked slow. The machine that makes coolattas was out of order. The sign on the restroom: "Out of Order" . (No bicyclists allowed?). In summary. This Dunkin franchise location is Out of Order! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

They have a wide selection of drinks to choose from. They also have a lot of different donuts. I also love the managers special as well as limited time deals. They also have outdoor seating and you can tap you phone to pay. There are places to lock your bike I nearby if need be.

Nice location, steps from the bike path. They've got donuts, coffee, and Baskin-Robbins ice cream. I went a little late in the morning and their donut selection was lacking... Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Great fresh selection but associates should pay attention to packing orders properly. Couple of donuts were missing from our bag but to their credit, they not only gave those but also threw in one more.
