I only gave a 5 star because of my experience today. Everytime I come here they always forget something or don’t do my order right. Garret on the other hand read the order at the window and made sure that I had everything. Best customer service skills. I’m use to not even a greeting from the person at the window. Good job Garret. You should be the general manager actually caring about the place that he works for.
So impossible to go through this drive through. I was in a line of only 2 people and it took almost 20 minutes. I eventually had to leave because I was going to be late for work. This always seems to be an issue at this Dunkin’s location and it’s very frustrating. Left early for work to get breakfast and a drink and ended up with nothing. Will not be back sadly since this issue is reoccurring ☹️

The lady in drive-thru could barely speak English and it's the only language I know so it made it pretty hard to order a coffee. I ordered the coffee. Drove up to the window to get it and it wasn't what I asked for. I didn't ask for a new one. I just drove away. With the language barrier it wasn't worth trying to get a new one. I will never go back to the Dunkin and I love dunkin'

They took over 20 minutes to get my order & food. I get to the window both my drinks were not full. They handed me the wrong food at first which wasn’t a big deal then they “fixed” my order & handed me back a bagel with absolutely no cream cheese. They smeared the thinnest amount ever. Absolutely ridiculous & wasted 30 minutes I could’ve taken to drive to a different location & gotten better service. I’ve also tried to call the store 10+ times since I’ve left & their phones is “busy”

The most useless employees ever. They’ve been open for an hour and just let you sit in the drive-through and don’t say anything. Then you drive up to the window and see them leaning on the counter on their cell phone. Idc if you don’t wanna work but don’t let me just sit there. Duncan just needs to close every store. They have in South Portland and Portland.

It’s very frustrating when a business advertises to open at a specific time but doesn’t. I have gone here twice at 4:30/4:45 (they advertise opening at 4:30) because I work at 5am and this is the closest Dunkin’ however both times I sit in the drive thru and no one answers, despite 2-3 employees standing around in the kitchen. I’ve decided to just make the trip over to the location on Main St in South Portland because they’re more consistent.

I’m not usually one to bash places or leave terrible reviews, but this place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. 8:40am until 9:25AM is what time I spent dealing with this place from the time of my original order in the drive thru, getting to work to find out it was completely wrong, to returning in the dining room just to find out they didn’t prep any eggs so I had to settle for a whole different item. This place is probably better off just closing down. Stop hiring people who clearly are abusing drugs might be a good starting point for giving people better service.

Probably the slowest Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Today there were 4 cars in the drive through and I sat in line for 30 minutes. In addition, they also don’t allow people inside to order or to order ahead of time. If you’re in a rush I’d skip this place and go to another.
I got a matcha tea latte here and ordered a large size. They gave me a large cup with a bit over half full with mostly foam. I took it back to the worker and she took it back with a annoyed demeanor, saying nothing to me like i did something wrong. She made another and gave me another half full cup, without saying a word. She knew it was half full, didn't say have a nice day or anything. I didn't pay for a medium or small so why treat me like I did something wrong?

My boyfriend and I had arrived to get two donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and a coffee. Upon seeing the massive line (picture shown), we decided to park for a minute and order online. We went to the mall across the street and after about 45 minutes, we came back for our order. As my boyfriend went inside, the inside was guarded off with grab-n-go orders there, but not ours. An employee walked past him and left the premises (the photo with the last car in the line was the vehicle he hopped into) without asking if he needed anything - I found that so rude, unless it was his shift ending. When an employee had finally seen my boyfriend, he told them the order and due to the long wait time and them not making any hot food, the lady who had helped in threw in four extra donuts for us. Afterwards, though, I had gotten a black, curly hair in my mouth from one of the donuts - my boyfriend is blonde/ginger and I am ginger; it wasn’t our hair. I was thoroughly grossed out and would never like to come back to this location.
