Offerings are very over-priced. The food always seems not to be fresh and/or not hot. Drinks are OK, but they are way too expensive, and honestly, a large should be a large, not a regular size being given after charging the customer (me) for a large. 530am this morning went up to the drive-thru. I only asked for a plain bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese. Woman working flat out told me she would not be making "sandwiches" as she was the only person working at the time. I'm sorry... how hard is it slice a bagel and throw it in the toaster?
