I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant that was okay. I ask the young lady if she could warm up the sugar donut for me cause it was cold and she told me she couldn’t do it. Chai latte is all I ordered, and it was better than a lot of other Dunkins..? I think it’s from the staff. The gentlemen working (second time I’ve been here and he’s working alone) does a great job to ensure quality of items ordered rather than rushing through to get it done. Much appreciated. Website has 5am opening. 5th time I have been here at 5am for a 6:30 flight. Never open at 5am. Sometimes 5:15, sometimes 5:20. Today staff just informed me they will open at 6am. Service Dine in Service: 1

If I could give thomis location zero stars I would! I order the same exact breakfast every visit to every DD in the country yet the inept cashier on duty this morning refused to ring it in properly. He insisted his manager wouldn't allow him to ring in a everything bagel add sausage patty (which is half price of a breakfast sandwich), instead he had to ring in a sandwich minus the egg and cheese. NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND RIPPING ME OFF!!!!! If the management comment is true then it is time to replace the management at this location. Absolutely unacceptable to ripoff a loyal customer because of either greed or incompetence. Service: 1

My comments are more regarding the young man who served us rather than the business as a whole. It was 6:30am and this young man was working ALONE. The line was excessively long but he responded to each customer with kindness and consideration. I’m perplexed about how or why he was manning the entire store alone during what is likely a daily breakfast rush period, but the fact is- he did his best and should he be recognized!

I never review places on here but man was this place awful. Everything tasted stale, my bagel was microwaved and turned into a brick within 5 minutes, asked for a fresh one toasted and thet threw that one in the microwave just the same. Go to the starbuck down the other terminal

Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. They couldn't make anything I wanted. Avacado toast or any breakfast sandwich except with sausage. Then attempted to order a small cold brew and they only had a little bit let in the container. It was not busy here in the airport. Seemed like employees have lack of care when it comes to being able to serve simple coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Don't come to the airport without eating. You will not be able to get what you want if anything at all...

Decided to grab a bite before a morning flight and had an Iced Latte and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. The food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly. Quick service as well all around from payment to order pickup.

Was going to grab breakfast here quick this AM but the guy working right now is wearing his mask on his chin with his mouth and nose fully exposed. What's the point of the mask if it's just covering his peach fuzz? Look, i get that they are annoying...I have asthma and wear glasses, but if I have to wear it right, then so does he, especially working with our food.
