I put in a mobile order at 6:55 to be ready at 7:15. I didn't get there until 7:25 and my ticket was lying untouched with several others. It took another 5 minutes for me to get anyone to acknowledge me, and then when I finally spoke to someone, I had to ask them to start my order. I walked out 23 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, without even an apology. If you're going to ignore mobile orders and just take orders at the counter, then turn off the mobile ordering. So insane. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Worse place ever!!!!!! We waited over 20 minutes in line. By the time we spoked to someone they were out of everything except coffee. Then they gave me the wrong Coffee, water with creamer. When I complained they didn’t fix it for me I had to pay for a whole new coffee. I could said something, but i was on my way to church and I was not going to ruin my day. Used to be top notch. Now it's gone downhill placed mobile order 25 minutes before arriving. They still haven't even made it by the time I get there and walk into the place. I've seen seven cars go through the drive-thru in the time I've been waiting. Finally, just walked out and said never mind. Don't worry about it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is one of the best Dunkin's in the area, always very reliable. Feels very clean and well maintained as well. Staff is friendly and usually on top of things, with very little wait.
