I used to think it was just because they were short staffed that I didn't always get the best service but now I realize I was just making excuses for the poor attitudes and terrible food preparation. I received a sandwich recently that was made so badly the paper thin slice of English muffin mixed into the cheese and just created a mess inside the bag so I opened it showed it to them and said "could you please remake this for me?" the guy said yes and took the sandwich and was going to remake it but one of the girls said something and then he was like well what's wrong with it. I honestly didn't feel like I needed to explain anything, and I asked if they would pay almost 6 dollars for a breakfast sandwich that looks like that. Eventually they just refunded me the money and I won't be returning. I forgot to mention I went to this place almost daily and most of them know me and my order I'm not sure why that one person had to ruin it... >

Personal on site were great, but my food had a chemical taste. degreaser or sanitizer like taste. I couldn't eat half of a sandwich stopped shortly later I couldn't keep what food I had down. I did get a call from them asking what they could do to "make it Right" I never asked for anything was told to have a good day.

I've been there twice for myself. Both times, I ordered a medium HOT MOCHA latte. The first time, I went in, waited nearly an hour for a coffee with hardly any other customers in the store or at the drive thru, just to get my HOT MOCHA latte, barely warm! The second time, I went thru drive thru. I was not told the price of my order before I drove up, and when I did, my hot MOCHA latte, had NO mocha in it, the guy at the window didn't even say hello, he didn't even tell me how much I was being charged or if it was even for the right order. I only went back a second time, thinking that maybe it was just that one time, but I guess not! The second time, it was completely different staff and their customer service SUCKS!!!!

Frozen coffee was just chunks of ice.. couldn't even drink it bc it kept blocking the straw. Got charged for two extra slices of cheese and only asked and got one extra and most workers seemed to be talking and goofing off then concerned about work.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Two times in one day I’ve ordered a large iced coffee regular and the first time on my way to work this morning I received a hazelnut iced coffee and then on my way home from work I decided to stop there again and I don’t know why but I ordered the same thing a large coffee iced regular and this time I received a large iced buttercream. The absolute worst service ever and then when I called the store itself how unprofessional to just answer the phone hello. What happened to good customer service?
There have been so.e long wait times. It seems unfortunately they have staffing issues and get slammed with business. Seemingly this is one of the busiest Dunkin's in the area and they get very little relief and add staff dropping like flies they can have longer wait times and order issues. But I would still go here because they are really good at being nice and caring.
