I had a craving for sugar so I ordered through door dash. I got a dozen assorted donuts with a frozen chocolate. I took a pic which shows the donuts in which most I gave away with 2 going to the driver. The large frozen chocolate wasn't even filled to the top.In this pic,I took 2 spoon fulls. I normally get the frozen hot chocolate but wasn't on door dashes menu. The donuts were stale and the frozen chocolate taste like a diet chocolate. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. If there was an option for no stars, I would choose that one. Don’t waste your money. They only fill your coffee up 1/2 to 3/4 of the way. And when you ask them why, their reply is “it will literally overflow”. It’s quite unbelievable. I wouldn’t trust these people to handle my food either. It’s very concerning they can’t do a simple task such as making a cup of coffee. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Most of the time this DD is good. This morning I got a Large caramel iced latte less ice and this is what they handed me. I asked if they were gunna fill it up more than that. The lady said" with less ice that's how much coffee is in the large". Pretty sorry if you ask me. Service: 1

Why do the employees keep putting sprinkled donuts upside down in a paper bag!? They use to come in a box, why would I pay money for a donut that has lost all of its icing and sprinkles? Great friendly greeting the employee seemed new and had trouble with my drink but he quickly got assistance and it came out perfect. The supervisor seemed to really care that he understood how to make the drink the right way. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

They could barely understand what I was trying to order. Took 10 minutes to swipe my card. And then waiting another 5 minutes for a 25ct of Munchkins. Then proceeded to give me my order COMPLETELY wrong. Is it hard to put chocolate mini donuts in a box? I got some raspberry something and random blueberry things in my box that I never ordered. Only took 40 minutes to get a coffee that didn’t taste remotely even close to what I order EVERY day. I will never come to this location. Mind you, there was only one car in front of us. Took 20 minutes to get our order taken from the intercom and another 10 waiting for the car in front of us to get their order only for them to receive just 1 item (coffee) and another 10 minutes at the window waiting to get my single coffee. And it taste horrible, it’s going to waste. Waste of time and money! Absolutely ridiculous Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not really sure if they have an inexperienced barista making their drinks or if maybe the person just wasn't having a great day, I'm not really sure but from the reviews this place is this not as great as other dunkin' donuts. My peppermint mocha should not taste like old used coffee mud water, and I'm in the military and I know what bad coffee tastes like. Went inside the store and order two roasted chicken wraps and two bakers chocie donuts the cashier who was a male person did not even ask what flavor donuts I wanted but prceeded to give me what he wanted. When I reacieved my stuff and reached to work that was when I realised one of my wraps was burnt on the top. How it was in the paper I did not realised until I bite into it twice.
