I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too. Totally rude not friendly people working there do not even know how to say hello don't know how to say thank you don't know how to say would you like anything else it's like looking at a mannequin. And cleanliness oh don't come here nope the only time they'll get five stars is if the board of health shows up cuz they'll give him five stars for closing them down. Tables gross floors gross counter gross outdoor tables gross I rather eat inside a gas station.

Four people working at the speed/productivity of one person at a normal coffee shop. Not sure why but it takes forever to get even basic orders. Coffee is also inconsistent, which is surprising, given that they’re only pressing buttons. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Every single time I get food here my order gets messed up. It takes forever and is usually crowded. Today my sourdough bread sandwich came with only one piece of bread and the frosted donut was upside down in the bag stuck to the bottom.

I will give 5 stars because I love everyone here and they all do a great job. The only complaint I would have is they need a new toaster because every time I get a sandwich it is barely cooked. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts location I have ever seen. Quality of coffee is inconsistent. I have had to throw out my coffee on numerous occasions because it was either old, burnt or just tasted awful. In addition, some of the staff can be very rude and will not fix a problem if it has been brought to there attention. I do not understand that after so many years at this location why you cannot get your act together. Awful awful awful. Just yesterday 6/18 I had to thro out my ice coffee and my wife's hot coffee because it tasted so bad. Honey Dew is so much better and they are always pleasant when you go there. Waited wayyy too long for a bagel to be made. Screen says my order is ready. I had to watch as they joked around and had a good time while I was served not only the wrong order but it tasted as if it was days old, stale as could be. The coffee was burnt tasting and cold. I don't even know how they managed to do such a pass poor job with such an easy task a 10 year old could do, and a 10 year old probably would've done a better job. Disgusting won't ever return to this location. Waste of money. And you are wasting your money paying people that don't even qualify to run a lemonade stand.
