The ‘Druzhba’ restaurant in Budva, Montenegro, offers a cozy atmosphere, located on one of the bustling streets near a new school. Inside, the restaurant features 7 tables, a bar counter, 4 bar stools, and 2 high tables, all contributing to a homely and pleasant environment. Everything is impeccably clean, including the well-maintained restroom.
The menu focuses on Slavic cuisine, particularly Russian and Ukrainian dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the borscht, okroshka, chicken dumplings, classic dumplings, and potato and sweet potato vareniki. The menu is not extensive but offers a sufficient variety of dishes. The selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is impressive.
The staff, including the waitress and bartender, were extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The service was quick, with hardly any wait for our meals. The borscht came with sour cream, bread with horseradish, and pieces of lard. We also ordered sandwiches with lard and fish. Everything was exquisitely delicious.
As first-time visitors, we overestimated our appetite and ordered more than we could eat. The staff kindly offered to pack the leftovers for us to take home.
It’s worth noting that the meal for two adults and a 5-year-old child cost us around 55 euros, which we found to be quite reasonable for the quality of food and service.
We look forward to returning to the ‘Druzhba’ restaurant and highly recommend it to anyone seeking delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Atmosphere of this place is incredible! Such a cute bar with great drinks and the staff are so friendly !! Tim is an absolute legend and so kind! Definitely recommend you check it out:)

Dumplings are also so true though ❤️ The beer is the best I've tried in Budva so far.
