Ordered 奶蓋培茶 (milk foam oolong tea) and 雙料厚奶茶 (double milk tea with pearl & grass jelly) for take-away. That milk foam was the worst I ever had. Instead of a rich milk taste which it should have, it tasted more like 大白兔奶糖 (white rabbit candy) and was weirdly sweet. The tea was tolerable but still didn't match up to the price. The artificial fragrant from the creamer in double milk tea was a bit too strong. Grass jelly had 0% chewiness. Pearl was even worse. Despite it being flatter than normal pearl shape, the texture was so weird, it feels like I'm eating 算盤子 (hakka yam abacus) 1 star for the staff and free angpao packet (although I don't need it at all)

The place is clean and tidy plus very systematically organised seatings - typical restaurant setting and classy .👍👏 The dishes - milk teas with all other added flavours ~chocolate, yam, red beans and etc 🙈🙊🙉 and etc. - are tasty as ingredients are fresh. The price is value for money or very worth it. The services are good and appropriate
