We stopped here about 5 months ago, and have taken many others here for a great experience. I love the honey wine items and just love the avocado shrimp salad. The staff has always been so friendly. It is very clean and it has a separate bar and on Fridays they do karaoke. AND they even have a punch card!!!!! And nothin wrong about a free dinner. Come on and give them a try. You get plenty of food for the money. The vegetables were fresh. The chicken was delicious and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. I can’t say anything else but wow, you definitely want to order from here on DoorDash. Decent food at a fair price. I was there on a Tuesday evening so it was slow and service was quick. I had a number 5 and egg foo young appetizer. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Service was slow upon entering, ordering, and paying. Found out there was only one employee working the tables for both the restaurant and the bar side. Expect to wait a bit. Don't get impatient because the food was AWESOME! The egg drop soup & the lunch special tasted amazing. Crunchy chicken & delicious BBQ pork (even came with dipping sauce). Portions were decent for the price of the lunch special. I was hesitant at the portion when it came put, but it filled me up enough. Drink was refillable and came in a small cup. Ask for water a extra cup if you get thirsty fast. Quiet venue on the restaurant side, and parking was decent. I do see parking filling up if it's the weekend, so plan ahead if you're driving with company (carpool). Definitely one of the enjoyable places to eat Asian food in the area. I do plan on going back and trying out more dishes. Take a look at attached photos of the special & the venue. My boyfriend and I ordered food for pickup and I was kind of concerned how quickly the order was ready, and then concerned because there weren't many customers in the restaurant. Thankfully, my first instincts were completely off. The restaurant is a cute little place that felt very inviting with a touch of nostalgia. The food was delicious, the portions were good especially for the cost, and everything was hot and tasted fresh. My favorite part was the egg foo young. Also, weird compliment but I'm happy there were actually almonds on my almond fried chicken. Since moving to Spokane Valley I've been looking for good Chinese food and this is my new favorite spot. Hopefully AK's is consistent because I will definitely be coming here again the next time I need my Chinese food fix. ***Special Kudos to the hostess/waitress who was there tonight because she was really nice. We ate there for the first time today. My husband and I ordered Broccoli Beef (with a little extra heat) to share. We each also had a cup of Egg Flower soup to go with it. The food was very flavorful. The beef was tender and everything just had an overall great taste. We were also impressed with their Egg Flower soup. I have not been a fan of Egg Flower soup (never heard of it until I moved to Spokane - we always got Egg Drop soup everywhere else I have lived but here it is Egg Flower). The food came out fresh and hot. The serving size was large - we were both very full by the time we got done with lunch. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

I order delivery from AK about once a month. Every single time my food arrives hot, fresh, plentiful, and tasty! They always follow my special instructions as well.
