The food was great ...really! Sadly though the service was slow, we needed to call the staff's attention more than once and the restaurant didn't have enough lime to make more than 2 caipiroskas. If it wasn't for the yummy francesinha, I would have rated this 2 stars.

Food was “ok”. Not great, but ok. Not the best francesinha in Portugal, it was bland. The service was terrible. The guy who welcomed us was not hospitable at all. Staff inside wasn’t friendly. Didn’t manage to say anything about their menu. Food service was fast though, didn’t wait too long. No one even checked if we’re having a good time or if the food is okay. And then when we finally asked for the bill, we weren’t given a bill. Instead, the staff just came back to us with his cc machine telling us the amount that we’re supposed to pay, like he’s in a hurry to kick us out of the restaurant. I mean, how do I know if you’re telling the truth can we at least check? Also didn’t bother how the experience was. Not coming back. Not recommending this place in Odivelas.

Good food, weird service. They served us a beautiful piece of grouper in a tomato broth rice. But with no serving spoon to put it on our plates, and no forks to eat it with. It took about 4 minutes to get forks and napkins, and another few minutes after that to get a serving spoon. We asked for bread to share, and 3 requests and 25 minutes later, we got one single piece of bread (a roll). The grouper and rice were very good, and that one piece of bread we shared was very fresh. Really tasty food, but staff was a little overly friendly.

Almost 1hour wait for the main dish after ordering. No satisfaction in the meantime. After an argument with a customer that waited more than 1hour for the main dish and said "5 more minutes and I'll leave" At least he got a free desert. At the end I got a "sorry for the delay " with no explanation. They could, for example, offer appetiser while we wait. Better to go to the old Marco on the other side of the street or some neighborhood if you're short on time Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
