One thing that continues to drive me crazy is when I check contactless order cause the dogs bark and grandkid, kid, or myself may be taking a nap. They don't just knock, when they are supposed to leave it on the porch and walk away, that's bad enough, but the delivery person stands at the front door and knocks till all 3 dogs are barking, kid is crying, and I'm pissed. What is the point? I understand 1, 2, maybe even 3 times this happening, but after that their just not reading my ticket. I used to be their best tipper, USED TO BE! Called and then was placed on hold for 2 minutes. When they answered I said I would like to place an order, they said no then hung up. I am a manager at a fast food restaurant and I know that’s not how you treat customers! Very bad service!!
