Our recent encounter with Domino's on my girlfriend's birthday took an unexpected turn, leaving her with an unfulfilled pizza craving. Despite the initial excitement and being charged for the order, it was abruptly canceled, and the much-anticipated pizza never graced our table. We ordered two pizzas and boneless wings. The pizzas were fine but the wings! All of the 'wings', really nuggets, were all cut. It's almost like they were cut to make the 8 in the order. I found mates in my mix. Was the store running low and needed to spread the number? We will not be ordering those again.

The pizza from this place is amazing. Kind of cheesy pizza and the employees are nice. These pizzas are made in a flash!

Last night, ordered on their app. Several orders of wings & cheesy bread. The order took an hour but that was fine with us. When the driver arrived, he was terrified to tell us they were out of wings. We were in shock as he handed us the boxes. Turns out they sent us HALF our order. We took the whole order back to them & got a refund & asked why someone could not have just called us. The manager said they were too backed up. Seven or eight employees & not one of them could take 30 seconds to call us to tell us only half our family could eat? And sadly, the manager put it on the driver to take the heat. A simple phone call to ask what else we would like would have been so easy. Ten years ago, this place ran like clockwork. Now, it's shocking that it can be this big of a mess.

My order was late and they went to the wrong area of my work. There was no extra butter or cinomin on my cinomin sticks very depressing. On top of that my order was lube warm 😡😡😡 I was trying to call them for a store credit and they made me wait for over 31 minutes which makes me upset and disgusted. I shouldn't have tipped the driver, he got my drink wrong gave me extra garlic and icing which was wayyyyy toooo much. Waste of money 💰, but sadly this is the only choice we have late at night when we work overnights.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Doesn't ever get your order right. Will never come the phone to fix it. I just waited over an hour for someone to answer the phone because they got my order wrong again and they never answered. At this point I'm just going to stop tipping, what's the point of giving a 30% tip when they never get it right in the first place and never fix it when it's wrong?

It doesnt matter what we order from this place, its lousy. I have hive them many trys. Never again. I ordered a simple ceasar salad and a sandwich for my husband. I threw the salad away it was nasty and old. The chicken was old. All together it was all groceries. No more Dominos for us.
