Don't usually have a problem, but for some reason, the app kept dropping my order. Had to try several times to place it. Never have issues with the restaurant or delivery. They do a great job.

Generally don't have too much of an issue. Online ordering works sometimes. Called the store ahead of time to let them know I was placing an online order, but only had $100 bills. Thinking they would plan for the transaction. Only to be told the drivers only carry $20 for security purposes. Which I do get and understand. And I expressed that understanding. But also allowed her to know I'm not ordering $80 in food for 2 adults and a 6 year old to to allow the transaction. $100 bill was all I had. She said she won't accommodate the transaction due to safety purposes. So I told her I won't be ordering. Use to be when you called ahead like such they would accommodate THE CUSTOMER

Well ordered a Buffalo pizza at my buddies, no Buffalo sauce, called and they delivered another pizza to correct the problem, NO BUFFALO SAUCE! called again and thanked them for " trying" to fix the issue, I told them " I do not want another pizza, just please drop off Buffalo sauce" they said yes, we will get it out to you, still waiting, 1 1/2 hours later. This is what you get with this new generation of " workers" I won't order there due to incompetance.!

Just had to cancel our order due to they’ve been preparing it for over 40 minutes & it still wasn’t in the oven!! Who knows how long it would’ve been if we didn’t cancel !! But who cares right definitely not Dominos 💯

I'm giving 5 stars. Normally, every person I've dealt with at my local Dominoes has been excellent! Only one time a flippant male answered the phone and treated me me like dirt. Hopefully, he has left and moved on. Everyone else has gone the extra mile and I do love my local Dominoes! Keep up the great work, treating customers well is more important to me than the dollar amount spent! 👍

I have no issues with my local Jersey Shore Domino's pizza. They have a very friendly and competent staff. My low rating is for ordering online. I ordered using an advertised coupon on Domino's menu. The coupon was for $19.99. However I was charged $22.99 with no explanation. It was not the delivery charge, nor the tax or delivery tip. This is deceiving and misleading

I've been ordering pizza from dominos for years and had concerns about how spicy the pizzas are but then I would get one that wasn't so spicy. Earlier tonight I ordered and it was very spicy hot to the point that I was sweating. I don't know why you assume everyone likes spicy hot pizza. Is it in the sauce or is it the pepperoni but it taste like there is a lot of pepper in it. At any rate I'm setting here 5 hours later with upset stomach. I ate 1 1/2 slices and had the rest sent to my grandsons. I will no longer take the chance on getting another very spicy pizza

Food was a expected, but I ordered on the app and only went inside when the app said my items were ready. Unfortunately, I had to wait 7 more minutes before all my items were actually ready, so that was disappointing. The staff members all offered to assist me at some point, though, so that was really appreciated!
