Our online order was only supposed to take 35 minutes. The tracker showed our delivery as being complete when our food had not even arrived. Our food arrived after almost 2 hours. We called the store and they were argumentative. The representative referred to our home as our “crib”. Very unprofessional. In recent memory this locations food has gone down hill and we have had late food consistently. It’s a shame because this used to be our go to for a quick dinner. Won’t be ordering anymore.

First time trying this particular location of Domino's and it was a major let down.
We ordered one medium sausage and mushroom pizza with extra sauce. There was hardly and cheese on the pizza, no extra sauce and some slices contained no sausage at all
We also got the wings with the mango habanero sauce the flavor was fine but there was hardly any meat on the wings at a price point of 8.99 for 8 wings.
The biggest let down was the loaded tots. They were nothing but a soggy mess needed another 5 minutes in the oven peppers were raw.
The only saving grace was the PARMESAN BREAD TWISTS which were very good.
Our delivery driver Ryan was great as well.

Almost every time I order from the app the times are horribly off. Estimated 35 min delivery. Wait 90 minutes for my 2 items. I order Domino's for the convenience, and they can't even get that right. When I call to complain it's "oh we're busy". Then your app should indicate that rather than making it seem like I'd get my food in a timely fashion

This is the first time this has ever happened and I'm furious. We had ordered delivery like we always do and with specific directions our food was delivered to the wrong house. I tried multiple times to get a hold of the store to find out where it was delivered to just be on hold for over a half and hour and then disconnected. Called again and still same thing. I figured out where the food was drop off on my own by looking at the gsp from the driver and had to get in my vehicle and pick it up myself and it was freezing cold food from sitting for over a half an hour I wanted a refund but of course couldn't get ahold of anyone. Very disappointed in this service.

Manager making pizza by himself and 3 drivers on a busy night. Called 3 times before they answered and were a few minutes late on my order. He comped the pizza and I left a 50% tip. Great job Hanover Twp Domono.

This place is absolutely horrendous and the employees are even worse. Save your time and money don’t even bother ordering here. Multiple times my order has been burnt, wrong or items missing and I have let it slide sometimes whatever. Lately the last 3 times I ordered my food was burnt and today was literally my last straw, worked all morning and night decided to order delivery.. The food takes almost 2 hours to get to my address, food is burnt everything I ordered burnt, I have a toddler who loves dominos but when the food is burnt he cannot eat it he’s 2. So today I had the time and called for a refund, the employee who took my call was rude but said I would get a refund I ended the call. About 30 mins go by I received an email offering me free pizza to make up for this, I called back asking for a refund to my payment method. The worker was rude stated he did not want to make my food and that your store did not want me ordering from them, so I went off to say I would never order from there again after today that is a promise. He went on to argue and say everyone has bad days and that they were glad if I didn’t order there anymore. I handed the phone to my spouse cause I just lost patience and the worker went on to argue with my spouse “Stop ordering from here please” he went as far as telling us to show up to the store to see him in person. Beyond unprofessional. Said it was not the stores fault that the food was burnt cause it gets cooked on a belt, just don’t sent it out then??? that’s ridiculous spent almost $30 on burnt food and then have to fight for my money back😭 Y’all are ridiculous and need to do better, very uneducated. When I asked for the workers name he gave me Randy Lahey … lol from Trailer Park Boys? They clearly take the job as a joke, refusing to make my order right and then refusing my refund. If a manager wants to reach out I can provide all the pictures to the last orders I have received that have been BURNT. Don’t order here, anywhere else not here.

Fast reliable friendly and good cooks both pick up and delivery. As far as delivery and the efficiency its great . DELIVERY is awesome I've had the pleasure to have my food delivered on several ocation by nick (Green honda accord) and it's always hot and immaculate ( no cheese dripping sideways or hot salad) and he is fast courteous and friendly. All around nice guy. You know how you can track the driver and you get updates on the app we'll idk how he drives or if he's blessed with having all the lights green in his favor but damn he's fast and proficient. Humble staft hard working and dedicated. That's more than I can say for even the hospitals in the area. It's sad when nanticoke dominos has a better team than wilkes Barre general.

worst place ever. ordered online. after waiting for an hour and multiple attempts to call the store with no answer, I drove to the store only to be met with rude staff members who told me that I'm not most important or the only order. was also told that they dont care about answering the phone. after being treated the way I was I cancelled my order immediately. I will never again order from here
