My husband and I order some last night for a late night dinner. I have never heard such a hard time ording on the app before. With what we ordered the pricing was pretty good, however, tonight I get notified that they just charged me 5 dollars more than our original total. Never have I had something like this happen toe from any restaurant I've been too. Smh never going there again. We ordered the Philly cheese steak pizza we wanted no mushrooms on it and it was loaded with them. we also had ordered the Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza but we got pepperoni and jalapeno. Do NOT ORDER OVER THE PHONE when my mom tried to order pizza from here she accidentally hang up and called again and gave her order number and address and they said they didn't have the order and charged her 40 dollars and took it from her and sended it to a other person's house who ever took the 40 dollars and sent it to someone else's house instead of ours congrats u stole 40 dollars from my mom and we won't be ordering from u again. ( they refused to refund my mom and cancel the order even though the first two people said they had the order and when two other employees got on the phone they said they don't have the order and took 40 dollars off of her pls don't order on phone u will have a risk of losing ur order and money!) Ordered Hawaii pizza, Philly cheese steak no mushrooms, stuffed crust pepperoni with easy sauce only thing I received was the pepperoni there was two of them but my crust wasn't stuffed nor did I get Cinna sticks

Needed food to feed nurses for nurses week. Decided pizza was great. Placed order on Domino's website. Got a call immediately stating that only 1 employee was present and that the order would likely take 90 minutes. I was fine with the delay. What was unacceptable was the fact that I tipped the delivery driver $20 who then showed up with the food acting very upset that he had to deliver my order, and that I needed to order ahead of time for orders this large. We only ordered $200 worth of food. Needless to say, I will not be using Domino's again. If they didn't want to make the order, they could have just cancelled it. Updated. The store has reached out to me and have offered to make things right. I do appreciate the effort. Will update my rating.

I ordered no cheese - They got that part right. They burnt it, there is a piece missing, someone went sauce crazy (and pineapple crazy) so it is soaked… It was half salami and green olives / half pepperoni and black olives - No pepperoni or black olives. When I called the manager said ‘Clearly you are unhappy with your order’ ??? Sir, I ask, wouldn’t you be with this? Sadly I can’t seem to get an order right from them.

CONSISTENCY, Domino's has good flavor for "fast food" pizza and never disappoints, it's consistent. I don't mean that negatively, it's just not my Italian buddy's grandma's home made pizza which is 5 star to me. Domino's is the only non homemade pizza I like.

This was one of the worst pizzas I ever had. It had no cheese on it and they charged me almost 20 bucks for it. I will never eat from there again even if it's free.

My pizza toppings were black and over cooked. And gluten free is so small and since it was over cooked it was tough and chewy. Palios in Weatherford will make a large gf pizza for like only $1 more than what i paid for this small chewy burnt pizza. And manager is condescending and rude , never apologetic or tried to correct pizza. Also the only pizza place I've been to that doesn't have parmesan cheese or red peppers.

The delivery is faster than I thought. Temperatures of pizza is very good and perfect textures n taste. Definitely recommended to this pizza if you are hungry!
