Every time I have had a delivery from here there has been a problem. 30 minutes late, 90 minutes EARLY, and the last time they were 40 minutes late before my order was "delivered" with no actual delivery showing up. Called to get a status update on my order after the tracker status changed to delivered and the manager actually said "If the driver comes back with the food we'll send it back out" LOLOLOLOLOLOL. No apology, no offer to make it right, just had to cancel the order entirely or wait for the whole process all over again. I won't be giving them another chance. I've been going to this place for about a year now, and they have consistently delivered. Always a good pizza, and not cheap with the toppings. I would definitely recommend ordering from here

Does this look like it was made with love? This is sad to receive, as I am a kind paying customer who tips well. I had a long day and I wanted to order pizza to enjoy amongst my family. I requested buffalo, and there is no buffalo at all, and for some reason they added tomatoes. Something needs to be done about the supervision of this store. Who does quality control? How are “employees” allowed to send this out on delivery? I am very disappointed. Very disappointed at the disrespectful inconsiderate employees who approve of this terrible pizza. I wasted my money. I will be making a point of this when I launch my corporate complaint. I felt compelled to write this review as I am thoroughly dissatisfied. I believe a 5th grader could make a better pie than Joann. ZERO STARS

Edit: Watch your CC charges! Husband was alerted of charge increase for order 2 days ago. I looked at email receipt and saw the store added their own $7+ tip for our pickup order. Called the store but all manager could do was offer credit but I refuse to go back to a place that steals from their customers. Calling corporate to talk to them as when I completed check out, the balance that I agreed to is not what I was charged. Manager was nice but said unfortunately couldn't go back 2 days to issue refund (offered credit tho but was not wanting a credit on a future pizza). There was no place to leave a tip when I checked out for pick up so we are thinking they didn't give paper receipt to my husband and filled it in themselves??? Or the app has a hidden add on??? I don't know what to think but I feel disappointed as this has never happened to me before anywhere and now I need to watch my receipts and cards even more when ordering from places that I thought we could trust. Watch your wallet if ordering from here. Update: Corp issued a refund and states not first time they have heard so they are going to look into the app as they think the app is adding the tip. I didn't see any place to add the a tip prior to check out and the balance didn't have a tip amount posted when I "placed order" for pick up. I changed rating from 1 to 3 because the lady at Corp sounded like she wanted to fix the issue and I hope they do for future customers.

We received our pizza in less than ideal condition. The pizza tastes good but this is just ridiculous, the pepperoni pizza is completely separated from the crust.

Ordered pizza at 12:30, is now 1:30 am and it says delivered but we never received the pie and my card was charged. Update: they delivered our pizza this morning and was super nice and cordial. Will continue to eat here.
