Terrible service from w main st location in sun prairie. Had issue with order, called until the store closed with no answer. Called the next day and they said there’s nothing they can do since it wasn’t the same day. Didn’t care to make things right and the customer has to pay for the mistake!? We get A LOT of pizza from Domino's in Sun Prairie. THREE times our dog ate the pizza because they set it on the porch and didn't knock or ring the bell. Wont be going back to this location. Pizza over cooked, cheesy bread not cut, cheese looks all chunky not sure if its expired or what the deal was. Aside from the terrible quality, one of the employees was using the f word one to many times. No customer should have to hear that type of dirty language. She also used the pizza turner to push down the overfilled garbage which was beyond disgusting. This place is nasty.

Ordered $38 worth of food (almost $50 with the tip) and the driver had the audacity to mark it as delivered and never delivered it. A simple task that couldn't even be executed. Weak team and not reliable at this location.

I always order delivery from them; always comes in a timely manner & whether I just get pepperoni stuffed cheese bread or I get their pizza, it’s always amazing! Their delivery drivers have also always been very kind while delivering :)
