Walk on egg shells in this place on any busy weekend. State Patty’s is an extremely busy holiday but even if you are pushed by another person in the bar you’ll be asked to leave, such as what happened to me last night after appearing “visibly intoxicated” and had to fight to close my tab. Not to mention paying $25 for line leap only to be in the joint for less than 30 minutes. Power trip bouncers and not a manager to be found. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

One of the two best bars in downtown State College Pennsylvania now! Particularly when it is nice out the outdoor area is amazing but they do a great job even during the cold weather having a tent and it still has the old Vibe of The Rathskeller inside Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Yuengling

So this place used to be The Rat Skellar. They had live entertainment and about 12 - 15 people. The staff were rude, the pizza there was decent but you had to get it yourself. Good thing is Dogs are welcome. Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
