Pretty disappointed in the food. My atomic chicken sandwich was cold and the cheese slice appeared to be old as the corners were hard. Attached the picture of my baked potato that was also cold and has almost an entire stick of butter just chopped up and covers with cold bacon bits and cheese. The food was not even lukewarm. The lack of temp control being used was a little concerning, as the food was neither hot or refrigerated and I am not sure how long it had been sitting out. The staff was friendly.

Fried okra and Cole slaw were good. Brisket was tough and dry. A disgrace to beef. Texas toast was just a slice of white bread only half toasted. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Reasonable quality for airport food. The employee (curly haired guy with the “D” hat) was unfailingly friendly and focused on a positive customer experience despite a long line. Incredible customer service quality for airport food.

The woman working the bar rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a food menu, so I went to order my food from their counter for those not getting a drink. Then they messed up my order even after I repeated it twice for them, definitely glad this will be a one of stop in an airport Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered brisket 1/2lb and brisket sandwich. Rude customer service from two out of the three employees. Brisket was so burnt and dry, sides inedible. Oh yes and I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Please teach your staff food safety. First, two employees were chatting on and on before another one of the staff pointed me out so I could order. I can let that slide. While I was ordering, the second employee was cutting the flaps off a box on top of the counter next to the food line. Cardboard boxes are a mice and roach homes. Cardboard boxes should not be on the same surface as where food is being prepped. Also, the employee was using the same knife that is used for cutting the meat. Maybe she washed it after? Maybe not? A box cutter should be used exclusively for boxes. Meat knives should be used for meat. When I asked her to cut the box away from the food she left the debris from the first box that was cut. Where is the management? I discarded my food because I was so discussed.
I am only giving this 4 stars because when I asked for different meats, they gave me different meats. I originally ordered brisket and pulled pork but both were dry, so I asked for ribs and sausage and those were good. For sides: salad and slaw were okay. Spinach and green beans are worth getting.
Bad food & bad service. It takes considerable effort to get a beer and food. Have you thought about a different business model? Clearly you do not know Bbq and your efforts are better spent elsewhere. Try reading a book or traveling through the great state of Texas and tasting real authentic cuisine. Walked up at 9:35 when sign and Google says they close at 10 o’clock and was told that he was closed and could not get me anything. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
