Nice atmosphere for a lunch or dinner! We ate here two days in a row and were not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and even accommodated special requests: chopped up my chicken, toasted the bun etc. The food was tasty and there were three kinds of BBQ sauce we could choose from. They cater and deliver in addition to the dine in experience. Definitely recommend this place. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Should be a 3.5, had burnt ends. They heated them in a deep fryer? Very odd. Isn't ends were just okay. I would try something else. Sides were decent. Sauces were good.

Overpriced and mediocre. I would not recommend this place at all. I had to find a worker to have them show me where my order was after waiting several minutes for the curbside service I selected. They left several things off of my order and what was there was dry and not worth eating. I don't think I can get a refund but I am beyond displeased with this place and the service. Ordered online. Wasn't impressed. Meats were fine. Didn't receive the sauce ordered (didn't receive any sauce actually.) Got the incorrect sides with the meal. Ended up with potato salad and coleslaw, which were sub-par to say the least. The potato salad tasted WAY to *vinegary?* and the coleslaw was very *clean* tasting. Tased like soap smells... very strange. Just wasn't thrilled with the experience. My daughter loved the ribs, pulled pork and brisket though... haha Food: 3 Service: 3

I did not have the best experience. I placed an take-out order for a few things off the menu. Once we got home we realized the food was not fully cooked and the order was completely wrong. It was late, so by time we noticed our food was wrong the establishment was closed. A family of mines who also ordered food and order was incorrect went to notify them the next day and they ensured we would get a refund once the manager came in. They call this boneless chicken which is just chicken nugget. And most importantly, they can not even cooked it right. The chicken nugget is RAW in the middle. It is very dangerous to serve raw meat to customers. People please use your judgment to decide to come to this place or not. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Dickerson delivered lunch today for our training at our new company and it was amazing! The service was fast and the food was hot and delicious. We will go there or order from here again for sure. Never had a problem here before. It has been about one year since I have been here. I went to order take out for three people today. They had a manager and a new trainee. I recognized this, I said I was in no rush at all. I even let the person behind me go ahead of me. I placed my order and waited patiently. The couple behind me did as well. As they, and I are waiting, another pair of people come in and are waiting to order. I waited about 20 minutes to get my food, I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE TIME AT ALL. I do care about quality and cleanliness. I watch my food being made on the counter the entire time. Everything looked up to par. As I received my bag of food, I witnessed the trainee drop a food order receipt on the ground, he then proceeded to pick it up, place it ON THE FOOD PREP COUNTER, in addition he began making the next couples order. He proceeded WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS OR PUTTING GLOVES BACK ON!. He had used gloves while he made our takeout food. I said quietly, to the manager, what I had just observed. She said, "it is okay, he is training". I said that training is fine, what he did is not acceptable. She said the same thing again and I needed to leave. I never said anything rude, I was soft spoken. I said that that conduct is unacceptable, you should tell the trainee. I was told again to leave, and in addition, she would call law enforcement on me. I was baffled. I calmly explained to the four people, two groups, of two people what I observed. I then asked if they thought I was being unreasonable. All four people followed me out the door. I guess it WAS NOT ME. If you want a restaurant to help out your immune system, eat here. Personally I am appalled. Heads up, call corporate with a complaint,voice-mail. SOLID. 4 small, way overpriced bbq sandwiches sent dry with no sauce. Side sizes are a joke for the price. 3 spoonfuls of mac and cheese for $4.25. The drink machine was broken, according to the Uber driver, yet Dickey's didn't take it off the bill. I wish I had ordered Arbys. Better food for 1/5 the price. Been here a few times and it's good but for the price I'd expect better service and appreciation for choosing to dine here. The employees on 2 occasions were rude. I'll take my money to another dickies before trying this one again. Tried this location again.... Update...Ordered the anniversary meal which is $2 higher than what it states online, got the wrong dessert because they apparently can't get the one advertised anymore and there was a piece of plastic wrap in one sandwich.
