The bourbon chicken sizzlin skillet at Denny's was disappointing due to undercooked chicken and the absence of my favorite t-bone steak. However, the service was exceptional and they promptly provided a discount for the chicken. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food has been delicious every visit. Service can be a bit spotty but it has never been too bad! Fresh coffee, good prices, and the waits have never been terrible either. Breakfast and lunch type items, kids have a little coloring menu and they love everything here. At the Casper location on Hospitality Drive we've visited at least a dozen times. The wait staff has always been good with super friendly service (which is why we keep going back). Loraine is by far our favorite because of the great service and her super friendly personal service. She makes us feel like part of her family. We appreciate that kind of personal care. I came in at 9pm and ordered scrambled eggs whites with bacon. My food took 40min to come out, the waiter was nice and mentioned they had a new cook. I thought, already here might as well just wait. I got eggs and they looked more like grits since they are drowning in oil and undercooked. A waste of my time, definitely would not recommend coming here in the evening. It's now 9:43pm and most places are closed. I didn’t touch my food, I was afraid of getting sick. I mean if it takes 40 minute to cook simple eggs whites and they aren't even going to come out right, I don't even want to image how chicken or steak will come out. I mean the egg white have a yellow tint to them

Kayla always makes coming in such a treat. Not only does she treat us exceptionally, I see her provide amazing service to other tables as well. Ordered a Coke 0 and even mentioned to please make sure it was a Coke 0 because I am diabetic. Drinks arrive, I'm thirsty so I take a big drink.......of Dr. Pepper. We had to leave because that alone will spike my blood sugars and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy a meal with my wife and daughter because my blood sugars would have been sky high. Mistake happen but please educate your employees about diabetes. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Location was hard to find in between hotels but probably very confident for hotel stays. We had a double cheeseburger with fries and the French toast grand slam. Burger was overly greasy, but very tasteful. French toast was to die for, and the 2 pieces of bacon was very thin and no taste. Will go back again though and try more of the menu. Thank you again!!!

We came in real early this morning morning and had a wonderful experience. I didn't catch the name of our server, but she was great! Her shift ended at around 6:00 am if that helps narrow it down...thank you! Food was came out perfect as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
