It's a pleasant experience to taste nicely cooked patty melt, bacon and hash browns. Here you will be offered tasty pancakes. Take your chance to taste delicious bourbon. Good coffee or great ice tea are worth trying here. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. The success of Denny's wouldn't be possible without the terrific staff. Cool service is something guests like here. Average prices are what you will pay for your meal. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is cozy. This Dennys is nice and relaxed for the most part. The waitresses are super nice. The food is exactly like all the other Dennys, but I will say the takeout is much more put together. I've never had anything missing, and there is always everything I've asked for. Manager seems super nice and comes around frequently during my visits to sat Hi. It was a quiet night not too busy. Ordered a few appetizers to share. Food was excellent for where we were and the service even better. I wish I could remember our waitress' name. (Sorry about that) she was excellent. Even made up her own drink for some other customers lol. 11/26 - Updated 11/26 after previous review 11/20. Returned to restaurant for dinner Sat, 11/25. Big shout out and many thanks to server Sherri, Alonda, and whomever in kitchen prepared my turkey dinner Sat night 11/25...sorry for forgot name of gentleman who prepared the meal...but i did say thanks to him Sat night before i left....I think his first name begins with V....one of all time best turkey dinners i've ever had! Table service was exceptionally prompt and attentive; food was absolutely outstanding in every way! Many thanks, kudos, and shoutouts to restaurant owner for their prompt response to my prior post, and general manager Karen for quickly making overdue corrections and adjustments to help greatly improve food, service, and overall experience for this long time Denny's customer since early 1970s... Please continue caring for and supporting all the great people at this location that really care for all customers, and always make every effort to help deliver an outstanding dining experience for customers every time. Yash, Romero, Alonda, Sherri, Rachel, Kitchen Staff, and Karen...THANKS for all you do everyday doing whatever it takes to help build and sustain an outstanding dining experience for customers every time! ************************************************************** 11/20 - Poor quality food, diminished portion sizes, slow service, inattentive staff/management, no sense of urgency, dirty tables, and overall poor general management. After quickly being seated at table as usual, waited 20+ minutes for someone to greet me and bring water to table Sat afternoon, 11/18 while in plain sight of restaurant manager and other staff. Walked out. Some server staff members remain excellent and outstandingly well attentive including Yash, Romero, and Alonda. Kitchen staff Elelli and Juan also excellent. Mushy mashed potatoes and turkey stuffing. Popular items including broccoli continue being removed from menu. Too many recent disappointments about this restaurant experience bringing this long time patron who travels frequently for business across country via airlines to not return any time soon to Tracy location. Had to ask for another seat because the booth next to the bathroom smelled so bad like sewage. From the time we were seat to the time our order was taken 40 minutes passed and it wasn’t even that busy. Asked for over easy eggs, they gave me scrambled instead. Then my pancakes came out 15 minutes after everything else came out. Overall not pleased with the experience here, and expectations were already low to begin with.
