I just received my delivery order (546682) for 3 medium pizzas. Out of the 3 pizzas only one, the Formaggi, is actually acceptable. The Butter Chicken is sour and has barely 4 pieces of pineapple on and the Hawaiian is burnt on the edges where the toppings are missing. To be honest, it's not at all "a passion for good food" and it seems you guys are slacking just like the Meyersdal branch. On Monday, 29 Jan. My husband, sister and myself came for breakfast and sat in the outdoor area on Pnp side. The next moment the chair broke under my husband (whom is not overweight). He fell backwards and hit the back of his head against a table behind him. Apart from the pain he experienced, he was highly embarrased. Since then I have heard of 3 other people that has also had the same experience. The manager came to say sorry and took my number but until today the owner has not phoned me yet. The chairs are still being used.

I've made Del Forno my new work-from-home space. The place is impressive and very accommodating. I order tea daily, and they present it perfectly, just how I like it. I feel like I never left home. The manager constantly came to check up on me and make sure that I was okay, and the waiters made sure my tea never turned cold. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Had the Del Forno breakfast this morning. Food was great except for the chips. I had never had such unedible chips in my life. Tastes like cardboard. Waitress agreed and says she reported to management who obviously ignored my complaint Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Yesterday was a beautiful experience as we lunched with a group of friends. The restaurant was warm, the food was great and the service from the waiters was wonderful. The new menu has wonderful cuisine and still has affordable prices.

Service just as bad as the food was definitely not what we expected. Upon asking the waiter he decided to just walk away and not answer our question regarding the quality of the food. Had a great breakfast... Loved the outdoor seating. Friendly welcome and service was great. Waited a while for the breakfast but considering the large portions it was worth the wait. Great buzz and atmosphere. Could totally make it on my favorite restaurant list.
