They have gone down a little bit in terms of respecting the customers. The need to make sure the food is up to good tastes. They once gave me the wrong order.

We waited for our pizzas more than 1hour and 30mins and this is what we've got! After several phone calls.... their last response was... we don't know the address. Pizzas were cold, toppings just here and there and not up to Debonairs Standards. When a person pay R100 per pizza you expect value for you money. So disappointed. I will not recommend them at all.

We have ordered our pizza on 4 December 2018 at 19:00 (7 pm). It is 21:03 - 2 hours later and it hasn't arrived yet !!! Not the 1st time that this has happened !!! VERY POOR SERVICE — and by the way there is no load shedding to use as an excuse..
