Wow, where to start, the sushi is so bad i got food poisoning from how bad it is, and it is most likely to do with the A/C not being on, so just imaginge hot fish in this hot weather. The rice of the sushi was probably left over from a week ago. Price per person R 200–250 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Despite having to wait a long time for your food and being the only customer in store the food is getting worse and worse. Ordered fried noodles with beef . I can literally count the number of beef pieces on one hand and the noodle wasn’t fried . You always need to check your order before leaving because the tend to get it wrong . Very disappointed must say ! My dog will love it I’m sure

I ordered a Love Platter. What we received would cause a divorce... It should include salmon roses. If they put any less salmon on those roses it would just be a pillar of rice (or pillar of disappointment) it was so pathetic to think that I paid R240 for that platter. I would not recommend anyone to even try this place. Service Take out

1)I first gave them a good rating, but I changed it. Before and after covid 19, every time I ordered from them they take extremely long to provide the food. Irrespective of what I order from sushi to fried rice or noodles. The shortest time I waited was 45mins. Today it look over an hour. And the one item I ordered is also burnt. I really enjoy Asian food but to wait so long for food that is expected to go fast is not worth it.

First time I have ever experienced such delicious Asian cuisine in Bloem! Would definitely recommend! The prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you're getting. Amazing! Everytime we go to Dala Mala, we say we will never go back. They will give you an estimate of 15min but you will wait over an hour. The rice will sometimes be sour, there will be major items out of stock. But this time was the last straw. I ordered a combo platter. They were very quiet, the food was presented exactly 15min as they said, but when I got home and opened my food, I counted and it was short 2 pieces. The avo bean curd. We called to inform them and the solution was "drive back here and we will give you the 2 pieces" The cost of fuel vs the cost of 2 avo bean curd is just not worth my time. They felt no remorse, and even though we said we would report them, they didn't care. I am a sushi fan, but I will not support them. I truly hope other sushi and Chinese cuisine fans will start supporting the restaurants who actually give you your money's worth. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person R 150–200

I'm mean like we had to wait and all but, I don't think it was for nothing, because after we got the food they were perfect for me. And the waiters are nice and very kind, and also good mannered. The food is unbelievably good and the portions are large. The prices are excellent and there is always something on special or promotion. I would, however, advise to order in advance and collect as everything is made fresh, and there can be a wait but it certainly is worth it. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This is a very nice place, the cooked food is nice I am very disappointed about the poor quality sushi, the salmon tasted off,the rice was overcooked and sour and the sushi itself was warm.The sushi kitchen looked unsanitary and it put me off before even recieving my sushi.
