Went to Dairy Queen today for lunch... The number 1 issue I had, was the drive-thru menu board! The speaker and the MENU are too far away from each other. You cannot see the menu board when you are at the speaker. I actually had to drive up, past the speaker to see the menu. (And I have excellent eye sight) I then had to drive to the window to place my order. The food was alright... the burger itself was well put together, and the hunger buster burger is huge! It took forever to order. Once the order was placed it took 20 mins for the two ice creams to be made. There was only one other couple in the store, and they where waiting as well. Will not be returning to that D Q. This time everything was good. I guess they made some changed. I ordered an Ice Cream Cake with Wendy over the phone. She was awesome! She was nice, suggested options that helped me decide. She took her time. I did not feel rushed. Very professional. I’m glad she answered my phone call. When I went to pick up my cake, I spoke with Casey. She was also pleasant and she did a great job in decorating my cake. Great customer service in the Fort Worth, Westworth Village location!! Go visit them.
