It's been a while since I've came here. The service was great, took my order at drive window. Order was out quickly and they had the new take 5 blizzard. Recommend it was really great and delicious. This is the second time and our last, I love dairy queen taco's but hardly any meat, the second time, we say thank you, no respect no response smh, all it takes is a your welcome, they need to go to customer service class, you know its simple say hello,say please, say thank you with a smile but will not go back. Arrived at 7:15 pm on May 14th. 2 people ahead of us. Stood in line for 30 minutes never greeted or told how long it would take. The people in front of us also didn't know because nobody cared enough to tell them. Employees moving slowly, not wearing any uniforms or gloves while handling food!! This is not the first time I've had issues with this store. Every single time I've come here it has been a bad experience! I will never and I mean never step foot in this store again! This place is a joke! Always gets orders wrong, takes forever even when its a call in order. The entire team needs to be fired managers and all! No change since our last visit. There was only one car ahead of me and when I got to the window to pay the cook said to the cashier park everyone because I'm behind, ok so I parked and waited ten minutes so I was expecting at least hot fresh fries, no didn't get those, ok maybe fresh toast, no still didn't get that, hmm hot fresh chicken strips, no burnt little chicken chunks? This place sucks the bathroom is never cleaned. Yhere are so many flies and beetles. My orders take a while to get to me as well. And i cant forgot how one of the works are being treated as well this place is horrible never come here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped here on a Monday night at 945 pm i was told they stayed open until 11 pm but they were to close in 15 mins. Staff was very polite and helpful.I Ordered a crispy chicken salad. It was delicious. I would recommend the salad as a healthy alternative.. They could improve salad by adding cranberries or something tart. It has chicken, shredded cheddar, tomotoes and lettuce

My french fries were not cooked completely The meat in my burger tasted like gray dry blaw The Sprite I ordered tasted like mold or mildew so either the ice machine or the fountain must have not been cleaned.
