Ordered the 3 tacos.. only received 2 with hardly anything In them! All shell basically a pinch of meat, pinch of cheese, hardly any lettuce… I used to love them! Y’all need to do better because would you eat a taco that looked like this and not even receive your 3rd taco…. Waste of my money! Myself as well as a patient of mine have been trying for what feels like a month to get chicken and dumplings. Everytime we’ve been there it’s been either “ran out” or they “have it but we haven’t cooked it yet” they pick and choose what times and days to cook certain things which is absolutely ridiculous. Your menu is made to order you need to keep what you have in stock and ready to be cooked or prepared especially a menu item that’s highly requested. As of today we called again the response was once again that you have the Chicken and Dumplings but don’t know why or when you’ll actually make them??? Seriously?? We visited on Sunday, 10/29 around 1pm. This was probably the cleanest DQ I’ve been to. That was very nice. We all liked our food and the cook seemed to do a good job. But someone who actually cares about this business needs to train the manager here in simple customer service. I can deal with a long wait or my order being incorrect, which we did have 3 missing items but got corrected quickly. What is not okay, is the manager’s TERRIBLE attitude. Not only towards paying customers but to the other employees that work here. What I saw while we were there was simply sad. In the short time I was there, I actually witnessed someone else in the drive through ask for the manager’s name so he could call and complain about her. Her response was that she couldn’t give out her name. She then proceeded to have the worst attitude and continued to deal with everyone around her like a bratty 2 year old child. And she’s the manager? She was flat out mean and had a look on her face like she was mad that you came to DQ. There was a lady, I believe her name was Amber from what I remember someone shouting to her, who was taking our order and trying to do a good job. She was so sweet. She said she was brand new (she said it was her first time dipping a cone, ringing things up, etc.) which it showed because she was having a hard time with the register. Anytime she needed help and said she needed to ask her manager, the manager was the rudest human I’ve encountered in a long time. The way she was talking to this new girl was demeaning and unprofessional on so many levels. Amber at least was trying and treated everyone she dealt with very nice. If this place can’t keep employees, I’m pretty sure this manager is the reason why. Being courteous is not hard. If people have to wait longer than they’d like to or their order is slightly wrong, but the people working there have a nice attitude and are willing to be helpful, most people are forgiving. The manager on duty when we visited should not only apologize to Amber but she needs some SERIOUS training in the basics of customer service. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Never again will I ever go there ever it’s sad that I out of town person cannot get a good service because the people that work there all they do is talk and joke around. Not just that it seems like the machines are always broke and the workers are so lazy that they are not able to switch out anything to keep orders going fast. All of them should be fired and replaced with illegal. immigrants. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location service is super slow and will have in the drive thru waiting for ever..very disappointed. Menu sign and whole building lighting is out cant even see the menu poor management decided to spend our money elsewhere.
Came in today after visiting my cousin at the gatesville prison. Not only did I hesitate to order anything due tonall the flies flying around but I decided to give them a chance. When you walk in it is empty. The staff acts like they do jot see you walk in or notice you. But after a hello they actually look at you and pay attention only to tell you to wait. So I decided to sit down. Since it seemed that the drive thru was very busy. There where 3 gentleman sitting there in uniform. As soon as they got up knew what they were going to order the lady immediatly notices them and took their order. Not only was i dissapointed but she saw me standing there waiting to order for a good 5mint. As a vereran not been in UNIFORM I guess priority is those who serve now. 😞 I still got up and decided to order just 1 large dip cone and thank the man for serving our country and as a veteran it gives me pride to see them. They all smiled and said thank you also. The lady at the counter seem shocked and walked up to me and handed me my dip cone. I told her thank you and next time to make sure all customers are taken care of not just the ones in uniform. They can do better at this store from keeping insects out of the lobby where people eat to acknowledging all customers NO matter race or uniform. I gave them 2 🌟 because the rest rooms where nice and clean and at least she handed me my dip cone. 🍦

Slowest service for any fast food I've ever seen. Waited a half an hour for my order. All they could do is apologize and make excuses. We will not be returning. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
