Very friendly and quick service. The food was extremely salty, the fries and the burger. I am usual customer of Culver's and know the food and the quality well. Not sure why it was so salty, but I hope someone looks into it. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Flavor was good if you can get past the grease all over the bun and the fact that all 4 of my families burgers looked like they were ran through a press

I used to work in the mall and this location was always terrible… came back almost one year later only to end up waiting over twenty minutes for a double scoop dish of flavor of the day. I even got to watch as people who ordered multiple meals get their food before me. When confronted they tried to say I already got it since it wasn’t on their screen which was completely false… Save yourself the time and money and go to literally any other place in or around the mall because this place has some of the worst customer service and wait times I’ve ever seen in the food industry… Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Kind of a piss-poor experience. The cashier had trouble following my order that other places follow just fine. After that, it took absolutely forever to get my food. Once I got my meal, I asked for ranch and the guy asked for 30¢ in exchange. If I spend $10 on a meal that I hardly get in a reasonable amount of time, I should get free ranch. Plain and simple.
