Drive through workers are awesome! One of them took a second to make a pup cup for my dog while they were busy. He didn’t have to but his generosity spoke volumes of how Culver’s puts their customers first. The hardest part about Culver's is choosing what to eat! There are so many delicious options and just not enough time in the day. The cheese curds are amazing and worth a trip themselves. The hamburgers taste like I just took them off the grill myself. Onion rings are thin and crispy, absolute perfection! It's been years since I've been to Culver's. Stopped in to try their fish sandwich. What I liked was not only the option to have steamed broccoli as a side but that fish sandwich was as good as advertised. I can't ever go to a Filet O Fish again. Further is how well staffed this one was. There were 12 employees behind the counter alone. The menu options from chicken tenders to roast beef sandwiches. I'm sold on Culver's all over again. My order took 15 minutes or more. It was only 3 concrete mixers. They were put aside somehow and had to be remixed. I had to stop a worker in the parking area to get them. The pecans were not put on the ones for my neighbor. I had paid for pecans. When I called, someone noted the problem and promised to address the issue. Supposedly I was to receive reimbursement with a coupon that I have never received. Their desserts are delicious, but in this instance the service was less than stellar! Ok, it was poor. ***I should have added that because I love the mixers, I have gone to this Culver's again. The two times I've been I waited at the order window, because the mixer was being fixed as I sat there. My wait those times was minimal.
