The team member named Mark was cleaning the dining room the whole time my wife and I ate there. We have been to many different Culver's restaurants and his attention to maintaining a clean dining room was impressive. My wife used the restroom and she was impressed how it was laid out and super clean. Our meal was just as expected and the rest of the staff was friendly. Thank you to all. We will gladly return. The food is always great. I just wish the younger workers weren't so rude to push right in front of you when they want to refill there drinks. Thankfully I'm younger so I could stop quickly so that the rude worker could get his drink . Then I tried to say something nice about his hat and he looked at me like " what a loser!" If I did that at my job here in Janesville to our members.... I would be in sooo much trouble! Fries were delicious, hot & crispy. Double butter burger with cheese, not so. Patties were cold and cheese not even melted. We were on a road trip and back on the Interstate after drive-thru so no way I was going back. We frequent this location and are rarely disappointed. The food is always good and fresh. The service can be slow at times but the food is worth the wait. I come in regularly because I live nearby and I love their Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Service is always outstanding. The door is always held open for me and I'm greeted with a bright smile when I walk inside, usually by Hailey. I've also noticed the same employee working very hard by keeping the area clean for customers and overall making my day a little brighter. YUCK! I ordered a mushroom swiss burger. It was horrible! Soggy bun, just a slim sliver of beef, and no ketchup or mustard in the bag. The fries were okay..but for $8.10..to only eat the fries and throw out the burger aft two bites. NO. I will never get a burger from them again!
