Food was great. Fresh out of the fryer. Our seating choices were also wide open. I was even considering eating outside. Service also ranked a 5 star as the food was delivered timely and with care. My only regret is not buying some pints of custard for dessert this afternoon. I highly recommend this restaurant. I ordered curbside and for some reason when I clicked I’m here, it said success and then went back to the previous page. So I called the location and the girl said it didn’t show on their end that I had selected I’m here, apologized, and immediately ran my order out to me. I call that wonderful service. I hope someone reads this and relays my appreciation of her apology- even though it wasn’t her fault, it was the system- and expedient response, and course of action. That makes for excellent customer service. Additionally, this place has delicious raspberry cheesecake frozen custard! If you haven’t had it, you should try it.

Michael Antonio Taylor been to Culver's restaurant in Orland Park since the very beginning!!!. The food and the drinks were very tasty and very delicious 😋😋😋😋😋!!!!. The Culver's customers are very nice and very friendly group team ever!!!. Especially the managers and the employees team also are very friendly and hard-working team ever!!!. We get-along so beautiful and very friendly with the smiling faces each of every single of themselves together as a team effort!!!. I was so looking forward to my onion rings. To pull over and see them burnt to where there's not even any onion left inside was beyond disappointing. I had already left, and going back was out of the option. Won't be returning to this location. The service was fast. The food tasted delicious but my husband and I got double bacon burgers both on gluten free buns. I don't know if they changed the brand of the buns or not but they just disintigrated while we tried to eat them! Please bring back the buns you used to have!
