I'm visiting from Oklahoma and so many people told me I needed to try Culver's because oklahoma is known for burgers and we do not have Culvers there. So I did, however the burger lacked any flavor whatsoever. Yeah it was hot, juicy, and overall looked delicious. But the burger patties themselves were very bland. The fries were good but curds lacked flavor however, they were hot but I forgot to ask for any type of sauce. I figured they would have offered some ketchup or something but then again I didn't think about it after giving my order so my fault. The customer service wasn't great either and you can't have mediocre customer service and food. There has too be some sort of balance. But the lady taking my order seemed like she didn't want to be there. Anywho, at least I can say I've had it. Olive Garden chocolates were not included 😆

Third time to drive thru. Problem: NO matter what entry one orders the overwhelming result is a mouth full of grease, burgers are marginally flavorful but greasy, fries have no flavor, onion rings full of grease at least one can taste the onion flavor through the grease, the drink for a double burger order is a medium even though the price has room for the upgrade. I have tried the fish sandwich, also, which was ruined by the Cole slaw & cheese, which is great with pastrami, but soggy with fish. Over all, my money is better spent at Caines, where the meat has flavor and neither the chicken nor fries are greasy. What a disaster Culver's is. I forgot, the ice cream/custard is basically tasteless too, the waffle cones could break a tooth and the price is outrageous. Culver's can only dream of tasting like Ted Drew's, but doesn't even come close. Terrible experience all around.

Walleye had no flavor at all. Looked awesome so I suspect it was frozen, thawed, and refrozen. Clam chowder while it did taste like clam chowder, it was more like milk heated up. I had an upset stomach all night. I’m done with Culver’s.

I ordered the walleye fish dinner that they just started serving again and it was delicious enough food for two people at least the fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and not greasy.

The burgers are good. The meat is seasoned really well and the vegetables are fresh. The butter bun completed it. The fries are just regular crinkle cut fries, but they are salted well. The girl taking my order couldn't hear me, because a group of her coworkers were right behind her, being very loud. She had to tell them to hush, so she could hear me. Then one of her coworkers was on his phone behind the counter the entire time, while everyone else was working. The dining room isn't that inviting... just tables, booths, and chairs, but it's fast food, so I dont expect what I would get at a normal restaurant. They do bring your food to you, so you don't have to stand and wait for it. The root beer is really good and compliments the food. Overall, if you want a burger that's going to hit the spot and don't want to pay the price you would at their competitors, this is the place.

This was my first time having a bad experience at a Culver’s. The girl that took our order was friendly but our food was terrible. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken WAS NOT crispy. I also got cheese curds, fries, and onion rings and EVERYTHING was stale and soggy.

My first non-restrictive meal in quite some time due to some health protocols and every single item was incorrect. By the time I got home I had none of my sauces, a cold, over-cooked, salt-cured crisp of a burger, and ultimately nothing close to my original order… it’s really silly for something so small, but I don’t get to eat like this on any kind of regular basis and you lost a longtime patron today. With a shake shack and five guys right across the street, myself and anyone else with functional taste buds and a brain will do the sensible thing and avoid this miserable excuse of a “Culver’s” at all costs…
