Clients don't highly appreciate pizza at this pizzeria. Food delivery is a big advantage of Cugino's Pizza. From the visitors' point of view, the staff is rude here. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, this place is well known for its spectacular service. Prices are found good here. But most people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Pizza was good, and hot with timely arrival. Buffalo wings, however, we're BREADED - and that's an instant fail. I grew up in the Buffalo area, eating the real deal, they should never be breaded. Fried so the skin is crispy yes, but not breaded.

Employees and delivery staff are helpful and polite but seem overworked. Order was 1 hour late, food came cold, which would be fine, but I ordered chicken tenders....and got them with no honey mustard. Can you name a greater atrocity than overpaying for and ordering chicken tenders and getting no honey mustard?! As is clearly a part of the meal on the menu?! Absolutely ridiculous. Honey mustard is a MUST for chicken tenders. If you offer and charge for it on your menu, and then don't provide, you're a 1 star restaurant or below. Not ordering again.

This was my boyfriend's and I go to spot when we wanted something quick and good. The chicken sandwiches and even the pizza was great. I recently saw that they are no longer in fort lee. I ended up calling the number anyways and it turns out they're now in fairview. I decided to give them a try to see if they were still the same. I was wrong. Different name, different pizza guys. Although the chicken sandwiches were good and they were more than what i used to pay, it was worth it. The pizza? not so much. the pizza was pure dough, i was upset at the pizza but i personally liked the chicken sandwiches. I would return for the sandwiches but not the pizza.

Pizza came cold and fries were soaked and thick. the delivery guy asked me to tip more even though he was very late for the delivery.( I gave him $3 for $25 order) Buffalo wings tasted like frozen chicken( Ive never had such bad wings). I am never ordering from here again.

This was our Go-To spot. Delivery driver was AWESOME and the pizza too. Then...some thing changed, it seemed sudden, "Our Driver" was gone and the pizza was some of the worst. We gave it 3 chances (thinking it was a one-off) but after the last tomato cheese soup on soggy crust, I called and got a refund. Now it is closed. I am not surprised

Will never order from here again unfortunately. ordered at 6:18pm didn’t have food delivered until 8:10pm and the pizza was cold. Hope they work on getting another delivery driver or reach out to customers if there is a one time issue and fix it for them.

Worse experience ever. We will never go back to that place. We placed our order and were waiting. Someone else came in placed an order. A worker from the kitchen came out to put 2 slices in the oven to fill the order. He saw there were 2 slices in there. Instead of waiting for the 2 slices he place in to cook. He took the 2 slices meant for us to the customers who just came in. It was hot in the resto because the airconditioning was broken. He seems to be mocking me because I was complaining. I swear not to go there anymore.

Closed down a couple years ago and was replaced with Pumpkin Blossom Bistro, which also closed down last year and is now replaced with Cho Dang House. Not sure why Google keeps listing this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible Experience!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS MIS-MANAGED PIZZERIA. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I ordered a Pizza and garlic knots at 7:15 and the expected delivery time was 8:10 - 8:25. At 9 still no order. I called the pizzeria and they said delivery guy stuck in traffic. So I waited. Then I received a call from some people informing me they just tried to deliver my food to them, but they refused it because the delivery guy obviously didn't go to the correct address I called the store again and tried to explain that the delivery guy doesn't know where he was going and no-one understood what I was saying. I finally called Grub-Hub to have my ordered cancelled. Grub-Hub called the pizzeria and they were told I refused delivery so they refused to refund me. Obviuosly the driver didn't go to the right address and no-one there can understand English. At least Grub-Hib did the right thing and refunded my money. AVOID DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
