Showed up early because I’m not from the area so my time estimate was off, yet my cookie were ready and waiting on me. Staff for the day was amazing and super friendly and kind. First time at any Crumbl location and it’s definitely set high expectations for any future visits.

The store was bright and white and sparkling clean. The customer service was on point. And the cookies were, of course, delicious! Thank you for a wonderful treat for my family. We all thoroughly enjoyed our cookies!!

I love the dynamics of the business. They keep the good ol fashioned chocolate chip cookie available all the time yet, they provide surprise flavors every week. Very smart! The workers are always polite and are excellent at their jobs while maintaining professionalism with their customers. Great experience every time!

I ordered two different kinds of cookies. The frosting was overly sweet, but even that I could get past. What got me was the fact that both cookies were under baked. Only the outside edges were cooked on both cookies and we couldn't eat them. So I paid $4 a piece for cookies I couldn't eat.

I love the cookies but most times im there the employees barely speak to me and even seem annoyed if i ask them a question. I had a mistake on an order and had to go back to get the correct cookie and when i told the employee at the counter she didnt say anything to me and then basically just tossed the cookie on the counter in front of me.

A month ago
made an online order and claimed they were out even though there was 30 minutes until closing. The 4 high school workers were rude and unprofessional. Throwing stuff and on their phones because they were mad they had to close. They sure did take cookies home for themselves. Didn’t want to refund me because they were too lazy and wanted me to come in next week for my cookie.

I tried redeeming my birthday cookie which had an expectation date of 12/28/2023, I went in and pulled out my app for the voucher and it had been deleted. I was at the store after work at 6 pm on the 28th.
I'm still in the parking lot looking at my app and wondering why it was taken off before the end of the day??I'm so disappointed and I will not come back! Hopefully Insomnia Cookies comes to San Angelo.

Recently had a box delivered with half-eaten cookies. Called the San Angelo store manager, who had also been the delivery driver for my order. He was oddly defensive and refused to deliver a replacement. The circumstances suggest he was the one that actually ate the cookies. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Will never use Crumbl in San Angelo again as long as Edgar is their manager!

Cookies are pretty amazing & out of this world delish! I’ve only had issues with one order & that was the red velvet cookies were a lil dark & burnt & unappetizing looking, but other than that their other flavors are always delish & perfect!
