The cookies were really good when they first opened. The last few times we have been the cookies are under cooked. As much as these cookies cost, they should be cooked perfectly.

Glad I finally got to try cookie chain. And what a great location. Easy to get to close to I-50 and great shopping areas.
What is interesting about Crumbl is that their offerings change each week. So I could have a good sample, I chose four different cookies this initial visit. Cornbread Honey (curious for sure), Almond Coconut Fudge, Blue Monster (Cookie Monster??), and Milk Chocolate Chip which is the one type they have every week.
Plenty of parking in the lot. Starbucks three doors down to go with your great cookies!

Love crumbl. Most times the cookies are perfect and the service is great, but other times cookies come out burnt or not cooked fully, and not very presentable especially when this location is busy. Overall would recommend but possibly at a different location.

Stopped here on the way to Lake Tahoe. My daughter had seen it on TikTok and wanted to try ‘em out. You order on the kiosk machines when you walk in and they make it and pack it right there so you have to wait for a small amount of time. Staff was friendly and asked if we wanted to switch out one of the cookies I ordered since it would’ve taken 5-6 mins longer. I opted to wait. The cookies are huge, super soft and DECADENT - in every bite. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Lily has awesome customer service wow! She convinced me to make two large orders, I wasn’t planning on spending $155 when I went there today! Give her a raise!

Super disappointed in my experience at Crumbl. I purchased a 6 pack of cookies last week while in the area visiting friends, the service was terrible. No one greeted me when I came in, they called my name when my order was ready and did not take the time to show me the cookies and make sure my order was correct as all the other Crumbl locations have done, no thank you for your business, very cold experience.
