I had a very nice and refreshing experience at Crave Fusion. I had the pleasure of meeting both the Owner and Co-Owner of the establishment. I really like how they both took the time to actually meet their customers! Now let’s get into the food and drinks! I had the catfish and grits and it was amazingly delicious! My son had the red velvet waffles and chicken tenders in which he enjoyed especially the red velvet waffles which it was his first time ever trying. The drinks are good and strong! I had the Pretty Lady, Up One and I also had one that I believe was a Caribbean rum…I know it had Hennessy in it and rum. It was very good!! I would highly recommend for an excellent brunch that have a lot of items to choose from and it’s also a black owned restaurant! I will definitely be back to try the entire menu!! Amazing service!!

I'm telling you, that Pretty Lady drink should be illegal! It is SO good. Logan was our server and bartender along with the owners. Laid back atmosphere. Good food. Great drinks. Super clean and accommodating bathrooms. I'd definitely recommend.

Me and my friend went to Crave last night for the first time and had a great experience! The customer service was A1, the food was great, the drinks were good, the atmosphere was nice (including the restroom!), and we got to meet one of the co-owners. She was very nice and thanked us for checking her and her husband’s restaurant out and welcomed us to come back. We do look forward to coming back with more of our friends for brunch one day. Definitely check this new restaurant out, especially if you have a birthday coming up!

This place is amazing! The moment we walked in they were friendly and gave great service throughout our entire dine in.
The food was full of flavor, and the drinks were good! The bartender whipped us up a customized cocktail and it did not disappoint. Definitely will be in the regular rotation for good vibes and good food.

From the time you walk in... It's a very pleasant vibe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's the kind of place you and your friends can hang out while having some good food and drinks.. The owners were also in the building... I really enjoyed speaking with them and getting and giving feedback... Can't wait to go back and try something new on the menu..

I don’t like grits – and couldn’t get enough of these.
The appetizer wings – a mix of Korean and Memphis dry rub came out with the main course.
The triple surf $32 (shrimp, salmon, crab cake)- shrimp was beautifully cooked;
salmon was very flavorful – almost too salty;
the crab cake was very dense, and way too greasy, almost inedible.
Fried fish - with grits ($28) was awesome. Breading on fish was flavorful well seasoned, and the inside fish was flaky and perfect.
Warning – braised oxtail melt $24- is marinated in habanero – that was a first for us, and we had to return it, as it was too spicy.
We were asked three times if we had reservations,.
We had three different waiters.
I’m never a fan of any (unnecessary) mopping/cleaning during a meal- the Pine-Sol smell was overwhelming - which caused me to leave. Got the rest of our food to go.
Too pricey for not really fine dining. The fusion was kind of confusing.
The sides really shined- couldn’t stop eating the fries. Brussels sprouts were good and had a touch of Asian glaze. Mac and cheese was good.

Stopped in yesterday after speaking with one of the owners. She was super sweet. Every encounter we had with the staff was a genuine and professional one. The customer service is the bonus!!
Let me tell you about the food. That Korean sauce 🙌🏾 Omgee!! It’s amazing. I got the Korean chicken and fries. The fries were seasoned to perfection. Hubs got the lettuce wraps and shrimp as a side and loved the flavor.
Definitely recommend. The atmosphere is beautiful as well, wait until you see the cute ladies bathroom.

Fries
I visited the highly recommenderestaurant Crave Fusion Bistro & Cocktails and I’m sorry it was disappointing. I came for brunch and ordered chicken and a buttermilk waffles. We requested chicken wings instead of tenders. I thought it would be fried chicken wings and they appeared air fried. Waffle was very dense and cold by the time it arrived to the table. I just sent mine back which I hate sending food back. The mimosas were good (the extra star is for that). We ordered a pineapple and pomegranate one. They didn’t have creamer for coffee other than the powdered creamer from Dollar Tree (no shade I just know the brand)
The waiter did bring out more waffles but I was done at this point. So if you like chicken and waffles and want wings just ask for them to be fried like the tenders. 2/5 stars for me.

Memphis Wings
We ordered brunch to go. We weren't given a time that it would be ready so we waited 20 minutes to show up. Food took another 10 minutes after that. We got the avocado toast and the Memphis chicken sandwich. Neither item was prepared as described on the menu. The toast barely had any avocado, it was missing the toppings and potatoes that are supposed to accompany it, and instead of egg fried in chili oil, we got plain ol' scrambled eggs and chili oil on the side. The chicken sandwich was not spicy at all and was very dry since it didn't come with the peach coleslaw, the main reason we chose that item. The owners are really nice, waitstaff are good at their jobs, but the kitchen is completely missing the mark by neglecting to prepare the food as intended. I'm not sure if they have a chef back there making sure the recipes are executed properly, but that may be what they're missing, because it seems like the dishes are being put together by some cooks who lack professional training/experience. Consistency is key. We spent our hard-earned money on brunch just to get something inferior to what we could have made ourselves without ever leaving the house.
