We sat for 15 minutes before even getting asked a drink order, crabs come out and legs felt frozen, and they played nothing but Tejano music the entire hour and a half it took us to get food and eat. I will never go back to this one, second time going and second bad experience! If I want it bad enough, I will go to Pearland, that one is much better, just a lot further! We came in for dinner at this location around 10:39pm. The website said it closes at 11pm. They refused to seat us because they said the inside closed at 10:30. I asked the rude and disrespectful manager Erica where was that posted. She said it’s not posted she just state it out of her mouth. I asked her how would customers know this in advance she said they know once they arrive. No care or concern about how the customer feels about making a blank trip. Her professionalism is straight garbage. She was very arrogant in her approach and speech 100% RUDE. I asked her who was her boss and she said she was the only one. Then I asked her who is the owner then she pointed out a guy at the bar name Leo. After speaking with Leo he was professional and explained it was a mistake on their part because it’s not posted anywhere not even on the website. Je also stated SEVERAL customers have complained about this. Just a warning if you want to eat at this establishment it’s NOT posted ANYWHERE that they are not serving customers on the inside after 10;30. ONLY warning you be given according to Erica (the rude manager) is by mouth once you arrive. We did order food to go and I will post about that as well.
