Umm frustrating every time I go to Cracker Barrel I get the wrong thing. Ordered fried chicken and they bring this saying it’s what I ordered even though it’s not the same as last time!!! So last time it was 4 pieces of actual fried chicken 🍗! Since I ordered it I have to pay for it but seriously this is annoying. The table beside us has been dirty the whole time. The waiter gave us biscuits but no plates. There has been vomit on the floor which no has mopped Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Generally a good experience that people have come to expect from a Cracker Barrel. Decent food at okay prices. The only thing that was a little off was the service. I didn't think the restaurant was too crowded, but the service was a little slow. The biscuits we ordered didn't come until we were more than halfway done with the meal. Later we asked for a box for leftovers and waited a good bit of time. We eventually flagged down a different server than our own, who brought a box right away then. The Front Royal Cracker Barrel restaurant was outstanding. Excellent customer service, my catering order was on time and correct and the best of all were the staff. They were very professional, courteous and went out of their way to ensure you receive the best customer service.
