This is a regular store for me, But I may rethink that, most of the girls though are so lovely and are delightful especially the young lady with bright hair who is always so friendly and has a smile on her face when she serves us, but there is one who I have no idea why she even has a job there, Named Hope (finally got to see her name on her shirt) anyway the foul language and attitude she uses in the store with customers around blows my mind, along with making snide remarks about useless old people getting in her way. She speaks horribly to co workers and as I walked passed she was muttering about how most people around there are useless, as she was throwing products and even kicked a box. There has been several incidents I or my Co workers have witnessed that fueled me to feel this was a necessary review to make. I hope this reaches the right people and something can be done as she is letting that entire store down with her bad attitude

I was very disappointed to discover the nastiness from a staff member called Hope in the Rolleston store today. Hope proceeded to speak to 2 other staff members like they were just dumb. Patronising and condescending comments were repeatedly made during my few minutes in the store. I got out as quickly as possible before she started on me. I will be checking to make sure she's not around before entering the store in future.

I got a Nutella filled donut and the “Nutella” inside was black and it tasted of paint. I usually love this place but I have come away very disappointed

Food was not great, staff were everywhere not doing alot talking to each other while serving but only 1 person serving with about 4 other staff standing around not doing alot with lined up customers

Love everything about Couplands. They fill my cake and biscuit tins regularly. And take a fair bit of room in the freezer. Thank you, Couplands for making my life easier. Lovely clean and well presented shops and the service is second to none!

I'll shop here any day over a supermarket . I must support local, it is my obligation to reduce the amount of support supermarkets get due to their market dominance and price fixing

Been in here a few times lately and they never have any hot food left. 12.30 in the day and 2 pies in the warmer. Has been like this the last 4 times I've been here. Not great.

Bit late to the trend! but... I went in to couplands Rolleston about a year ago and wow oh wow was I amazed, this fine young thang standing at the register, GYATTTTTTT DAMBBBBBB
